Never used one before, but assembly is really easy, and there is a YouTube video which you can watch with tips and tricks. Obviously it’s prob not as powerful as a petrol one, but it did a really good job of taking down some trees and cutting them up into logs. All in all it did exactly what it said on the tin. One happy customer.

Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Products

This company is nightmare. Their customer service is extremely bad. I would never ever buy from Genpower again. Customers trying to call them are blocked out by their pre-recorded messages. I bought a Hyundai petrol lawnmower from them last year but it has stopped working. After 30 days, 8 emails and around 20 calls, I have still not had my mower back. Their guarantee is worthless when you cannot get repair. I am very suspicious of the other 5-start reviews – every time a bad review is posted then one or two 5-start reviews appear !!

Really quick and helpful response from Peter Whuartohe! Instantly solved the issue and had a new part sent and received within 2 days. Very impressed and not experienced customer service this good anywhere else!

Great Company to deal with.

I recently had an issue with a multitool that I purvhased last yesr Sanjana at Genpower arranged s courier to collect the item. It wss rrpaired under wsrranty and returned go me. I was very impressed with the updates and communication from Sanjana. Unfortunately when it was returned the box and multitool were damaged. This morning I spoke to Jade in relation to this isdue. She was very helpful, professional and efficient. A new part is on its way.

Awful customer service.

My mower arrived with a broken side cover and I phoned the helpline to ask if I could be sent a new one. They have never responded to the phone message I left and completely ignore what you write in emails, each email takes over 24 hours to get a response to. The end result is that nearly a month later it is still not resolved. It seems like they are trying really hard to be bad at what they do.

I was having problems getting a…

I was having problems getting a replacement wheel for a new lawnmower. I contacted Hyundai direct to see why there was a delay. Solomon was a great help in getting the replacement back on track. I am still pretty annoyed that it took 4 weeks and probably a dozen phone calls and emails to complete what should have been a simple process.

Nice mower

Nice mower, cuts the grass with ease. Had a few problems but was dealt with. The mulching of the grass is a great addition.
