The customer service department did the right job and Sanjana is the star of this department who followed up the issue effectively, patiently and helpfully. This was the wonderful experience I had and she solved the issue eventually with a happy ending.

The after sales is the best ever, other companies would benefit from them, they should take note and follow there lead.

Bought the air compressor on eBay.when delivered found the filter is broken. So follow the box come with the compressor. it got the after sale service so I just rang them and talked to Jade. She very helpful and sent me a new filter few days later. Thank you.

I love this mower. Just the rightmodel for my small/medium garden. It cut very well and low enough I won't be cutting too often. I have to say putting the basket together was a bit tricky but I've found this with all models of mower. Worth the money
