Brilliant team - couldn't have done more to help.

Our experience hasn’t been quite as shinny as some. We moved from a 4 bed house in Surrey to Wales. Armishaws assessor came round looked in every room, wardrobes cupboards, looked in the shed garden and came back with a quote we said fantastic and paid our deposit after a few quotes they came back the most reasonable so we went for the full pack option. We dismantles the spare beds and packed quite a few boxes ourselves we were told by them why bark when you have a dog so we stopped packing boxes. On the day 2 guys came rounds to pack up the house and the remainder in the morning chucking stuff into at the end, I don’t know how they would have coped it we hadn’t done some packing and dismantling for them. We left earlier as we had 2 dogs to keep out of the way. They underestimated the van size and left a considerable amount of belongings behind, the new owner was not best pleased. They did however go and collect our remaining belongings. They are now being rude and will not deliver our belongings blaming us for adding extra after the assessment when actually we had hired a skip and thrown loads away as well as dropped stuff off at charities, the packers were supposed to flat pack tables that were out side and in the shed this would have saved them space. Far too much for 2 guys in my opinion. Armishaws removals will not deliver our belongings until we pay a further £1775 more. This is ransom. The man on the phone was so rude and shouted over me. My advice is don’t use them! This is caused us so much stress and my tears, we also need some of these items here at the new house. And to be honest less stress after all moving is a stressful time. My sister is also moving and she was going to use them but after our experience she is going to use another removal company!

Our buyer suddenly demanded a much earlier moving date than we'd been expecting, and Armishaws was one of several companies that we contacted in a panic! Some companies didn't get back to us at all, others tried to take advantage and charge us double their usual rate(!), but Armishaws could not have been more friendly and helpful - really impressed!

We found Armishaws Company friendly, patient, helpful and professional. The two men Mike and Dean who packed the lorry and delivered our furniture were very courteous and careful with our belongings,nothing was too much trouble. Our only negative comment is that we couldn't take our plants with us to Northern Ireland and didn't know until the day before we moved. Thank you for everything.

We have nothing but praise for the Armishaws removal chaps. It took three days to pack up the house and they were all very polite and worked their socks off. Nothing phased them at all and we had a completely empty house at the end of it. Mant thanks Guys!!

We had a great service from Armishaws. Having received several estimates, Armishaws offered excellent value and, as it turned out, as trouble free removal as it's possible to get. The team worked exceptionally hard, their job made more difficult due to COVID restrictions. We recommend them strongly.

Clear information provided and a very friendly helpful team, who were understanding of our young daughter and cats being around for parts. Would have liked a little more detail on how to pack specifics, but overall great.

The team on the day were brilliant, did a great job and were very patient as solicitors went about there tasks to enable completion. Only slight hiccup was that I was told they would arrive at 8.30 to 9.00 am on the first day of the two day move, for them only to turn up at 1.30. Communication could have been better. Overall I would recommend Armishaws.

Our sale was all in a hurry and we only had a few days to plan the removals into storage. Armishaws were amazing, their systems are all connected and every department is linked. The crew were efficient, respectful of covid restrictions and did everything with a smile. Definately would reccommend, lovely company.
