Armishaws staff were excellent. They were cheerful respectful and above all they worked extremely hard all day. I cannot fault the service. Thank you.

Superb service from start to finish

Excellent service from the two men on moving out day. So helpful and took great care of each item. Even the heavy items didn’t worry them. The following day with one new person to replace one from yesterday who was wanted elsewhere the men were just as careful for “moving in” and efficient as before. A real credit.

The service from start to finish was excellent. I was so impressed with the team that did the removal on the day. They turned up at 9 and I was moved in to my new place at 1.30. Ok, it was only 11 miles, but it surpassed my expectations by miles. Outstanding professional service.

Excellent service from booking removal to actual moving. One issue the removers inadvertantly kept my red sack barrow. Would it be possible to have it returned. Many thanks and I would recommend your company.

Excellent service throughout.

Sadly after what appeared to be a good removal company and a smooth move for my elderly parents the aftercare service was highly unprofessional and unexpectedly poor. The removal men put together 2 beds leaving several vital parts missing leaving them potentially unsafe to be slept in. when my mother fist approached the company the man she spoke to was rude, confrontational and when asked to sort the matter out he hung up! When my mother said she would be contacting the BRA the man said yes good idea. I can’t believe in this day in age people can still treat customer service with such poor regard. I called on behalf of my mother who was very upset and shocked at such poor treatment and spoke to a polite lady asking to speak to said man who was now unavailable. I requested the complaints policy and was told it would be emailed I am still waiting. Would not recommend to anyone!
