Super scammy returns process
First: sizing is horrid. Somehow at 5’4 and 150lb, I’m a large. The particular dress I ordered just had strange dimensions all around (too small in the waist, too large in the bust, too long, but the slit wasn’t high enough). HOWEVER, the main reason I’m here writing a review is because their returns process is absolute trash. You have to send the item back (duh) but when they receive it, they then quote you 10-14 day processing time and you don’t receive your refund until they finish. In what world is it 2024 and I’m waiting potentially 3 weeks for a refund between shipping and processing time? Unacceptable. Won’t shop here again.

Easy return
Bought a couple dresses. One was good quality and very cute, fit well, but just did not look flattering on me. The other was a little small and very short, but I did not check the length on the skirt before I bought. But the quality was good for the price. I easily returned both items and got a full refund. The return process was very smooth and easy. I would feel comfortable buying from this company again.

Update: upon Lulus reading this review I was promptly contacted by Megan in customer service who was able to address all of my concerns satisfactorily. That being said, I still standby what I said regarding return policy and quality control. I also wish that this website was clear about their "exchange only" policy. Or perhaps Lulus could address this by updating their return policy to one that is more buyer friendly given that they are strictly an online retailer and their universal sizing needs work. Additionally, all of my reviews have been posted on the items I chose to review. I am giving this company an additional star, from 1 to 2 stars, for getting back to me and addressing these issues to my satisfaction. This online retailer sells low quality items and has a horrible return policy. The fact that they have so many high ratings on their items and my negative reviews haven't been posted seems to indicate that they carefully scan their reviews and put the best at the top, or don't post the negative reviews at all. I'm bummed I didn't head over to trustpilot to verify this crappy online retailer before I went and purchased $400 of dresses and this was with a 15% discount, (I really don't know who would ever pay full price at this retailer.) One of the dresses was on sale and "exchange only" in my mind I assumed "exchange only" meant, if it doesn't work return it for a store credit, which I was fine with, but I'm now stuck with a $50 dress that doesn't fit and I can't wear. It's 2024, you're an online retailer, if something does not fit I should be able to send it back! At this price point I mistakenly expected much more. Like other reviewers here mention and I noticed a reddit user state, the quality of their materials is likened to that of SHEIN and FN... well at least you know what you're getting when you order from those websites! One dress arrived with the skirt seam attached completely off center, I almost gave in and kept it thinking "I can make this work for the wedding" because I am pressed for time but then I noticed the seam, and thank god I did! Then on another dress, the zipper was coming undone at the seam, I had only tried it on twice! I'm sorry but an $80 dress should not be coming apart after it has been tried on. To top it off customer service isn't responding to my email though they claim 24 hour turnaround on all emails sent, I'm sorry but I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee for items that arrived damaged and are unwearable. Scouring the internet, reading endless reviews and looking for dresses isn't something I want to do for a week straight, I'm a busy (penny-less) student in finals. Yet here I am, venting to the ethers and random humans on the interwebs because I'm extremely frustrated my criticism isn't being addressed by the company I gave all my money to. Deceptive and dishonest, they simply know how to market and they know who their clients are. Don't shop here if you expect quality fabrics, cuts and execution. Please also do not be fooled by their marketing and reviews, it's all smoke and mirrors.

I ordered 2 wedding dress and they weren't ths best quality. One of them was final sale, I lost money because it didn't fit right. For the price I expected better from the website.

I LOVE my wedding dress
I LOVE my wedding dress. It is stunning!!! I ordered the cream and coral floral print maxi wrap dress in size S, which was the size recommendation from Lulus, but it was too big for my bust. Then I ordered the XS size which fit me perfectly on my bust, waist, and hips, although I had to cut the length because it was very long for someone my height. 5’ tall, 118 lbs, 34A, 26” waist, 36 hips.

The company is shonky
The company is shonky. Size chart is not accurate. When I paid more money for shipping of a smaller size, the next shirt they sent was labelled smaller but was 2 times bigger and they refused to provide a directly sized shirt or refund. Avoid.

Ich habe ein Oberteil und ein Kleid bestellt. Das Oberteil ist schön, das Kleid jedoch völlig falsch vernäht. Ein Träger ist 30 cm länger als der andere Träger und ein Körbchen ist größer als das andere. Ich bestelle dort nicht mehr.

TERRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have two lots of postage deducted from my refund and the customer service rep said because I selected a pre paid postage label and then paid for my own shipping I’m not entitled to a cash refund for the pre paid label and I would instead be given a credit note to spend with them… this meant I spent £72+ to return all 3 items I ordered. Appalling customer service and I would strongly advise against anyone using this company. Update: Following the response I have had from the company below, I’d like to highlight the untrue statements made. I didn’t even use the DHL label to return my items and at no point was I told that this would be deducted from my refund. So as you can imagine, I was shocked when it was, since I had paid for my own postage already. After persistent contact with the company they have finally agreed to refund me the £40+ they deducted from me. I am yet to see the amount land in my bank account so time will tell…

I would put less than 1 if possible. I ordered 2 dresses neither were quite right. I sent them back and ended up paying £60 just to return the 2 items?! I contacted Lulus who said they would reimburse none of this money. Awful! Won’t be ordering ever again when it costs so much if something isn’t right! What an awful company
