After hunting on the internet for the perfect wedding dress without having to go through the wedding boutique drama I came across Lulus Bridal collection. Absolutely beautiful dresses in so many styles. I found the one, ordered and it arrived within 10 days to the UK. It was part of the Luxe Bridal range. The quality was phenomenal and the fit was true to size. For almost 4 weeks I thought this was the dress I would be getting married in but I happened to see a dress which just about trumped this one. Afraid I'd missed my return window I contacted Lulus and found there was no issue starting the returns process. For UK customers just beware that return postage is not free but I was aware of this before I ordered from the website. It turned out cheaper to post myself rather than purchase the prepaid postage label, just a tip. Anyway, I was able to track the return parcel the whole journey and 8 days later the refund was in my bank. Honestly, I cannot fault the whole experience and would absolutely order from Lulus again.

Lovely stuff but the returns cost is crazy! £29! It will put me off buying again. Thanks for the comment lulus but this does not help me at all and does not restore any confidence I have in ordering from you guys again. I ordered the size that you recommended to me and it is too big. And now I have to pay £29 to return it. I don't have any confidence to order from you guys again.

Bought 3 dresses
Bought 3 dresses. 2 are gorgeous but too big and very long (even though I am 5ft 7 and had 4 inch heels on they would need to be altered). Third is poorly designed. Also on one of the dresses when i took it out of the bag the "if this label is removed you cannot return" was not attached to the dress! I would love to exchange these for 2 smaller sizes but due to the returns policy wont. A restocking charge is ridiculous (I own a childrens' online business and could never contemplate this kind of charge). Fair enough to ask people to pay to return the goods but this charge is extortionate. I would bet that the customers you lose from this policy far outweigh the money made from the charge to restock. Very disappointing

To try on a dress worth £60 pounds I ended up paying £52 in total for all postage (£20 in and £32 back ) not happy with it at all as I spended all this money for nothing as the dress didn’t fit properly. The whole point of buying online is to be able to return the product- I never ever had to pay for sending clothes back . I have lost £52 for nothing. Won’t be buying from them again .

Waited so long for 2 pairs of shoes to arrive, the sizes were 3 times smaller the I ordered. It will cost to much to send back, I guess I will take them to a charity shop because I'm a good person like that unlike this company. SUCH A SHAME!!!

Please just avoid! Ordered some shoes which were tiny! There shoe sizes are about 3 sizes too small.. To then find out you have to pay for the return which isn't cheap! On top of that they tried refunding me less money than I paid for the shoes! Absolutely outrageous

Love Lulu's! Wish returning was a bit easier. I've bought a couple pairs of heels and tops from them over the past two years and the quality has always been stellar :) One of the tops' color was much different than what was pictured, and when I went to initiate a return it asked me to drop it off in the mail the very next day or they would deduct a return fee off my refund, even though it was less than 10 days since purchase. A little disappointing, but won't stop me from shopping from Lulu's in the future.

My advice don't shop from this store is a scam I order a purple dress size xs and they sent me a pink completely different size dress, I paid for the 2 day deliver and when I called to have the exchange done for the right dress according to their system it said that I did order the pink dress when I'm a 100% sure I didn't they won't do an exchange for the correct dress and now I have to look for another dress. Worse costumer service and a really bad return and exchange policy. Save yourself a headache and don't shop at this place.

Never arrived
I ordered a dress on the 9th for an event the 26th. It still hasn't arrived. Its been on shipping for 5 days but the final carrier only got a notification of delivery on the 12th and nothing else. I contacted customer support and they said it would arrived but just read the same information I have access too. I'm going to have to rush to get a dress last minute as it's not here and I've nothing to return.

Unclear Website and Impossible Returns
If I was reviewing the quality of the shoes they’d get a 5, however their website is very misleading and it sounds like others have been caught out too. UK customers get a prompt to shop the UK site. The price updates to GBP so you’d be forgiven for thinking the sizing was UK sizing. Wrong. I ordered a six, turns out it’s a US 4. I went to return this and the cost to return is extortionate - over £30 to send plus “restocking fees” and you won’t get the duties paid back. Only buy from this company if you’re 100% sure on the product and sizing, especially if you’re overseas. Update - Since this review, the Lulus team contacted me and assisted in returning these for free which of course is much appreciated. However, the website should still be more transparent and the user experience on the website needs rethinking big time!
