I've been shopping at Lulu's for years, but....

I've been shopping at Lulu's for years and really appreciate their cute selection and how their clothes fit me well. However, I'm very disappointed in their recent return policy change. They used to have a pretty standard 30 day return policy, and it changed to 21 days shortly after my recent order, and I was unaware. Technically, I could have found this policy change buried in their website. But I've shopped there for 7 years with the 30 day policy and of course assumed it was the same. So I was issued a courtesy 1-time credit for that return which was past the 21 day window. However I'm disappointed that the policy change wasn't outlined in a more clear way and it felt deceptive. What a creative way to hit us with yet more shrinkflation. 21 days? That really sucks for us loyal customers. I'll think twice before ordering again

Terug sturen lukt niet, drama!

Ik zit hier met een pakket met 5 jurken die ik retour wil sturen want ze zijn te klein. Maar het retouradres is niet kloppend en kan POST-NL niet aannemen. Nu heb ik het met behulp van een POST-NL medewerker proberen in te vullen maar de postcode is niet correct en kan ik geen retour label aanmaken. Ik wil echt niet voor deze producten betalen en wil dit terug sturen maar weet niet hoe? ik vind dit heel erg vervelend. ik heb al meerdere keren gemaild maar ze snappen me vraag niet. Als ik het niet terug kan sturen hoop ik dat KLARNA het bedrag kwijtscheld. Ik wil het bedrag van 500 euro niet betalen

I don’t usually leave reviews but felt I should seeing as I had a good experience with this company when so many haven’t! I ordered a wedding dress for £93 and it’s stunning. It arrived within a couple of weeks and I’m honestly chuffed at the quality of it for that price.

Afin d'émettre un avis sur la robe commandée il faudrait déjà la recevoir. Plus d'un mois que la commande a été passée, un mois que le paiement a été prélevé et que la robe est a priori partie. Trois semaines que la robe est soit disant en transit... a part proposer un lien vers le tracking, le site Lulus ne sert à rien. Voire ils se dédouannent de toute responsabilité.

Loses my package for 6 MONTHS and won't offer me a refund. COMPLETE SCAM!

I purchased some bridesmaid dresses back on 11/25/2023 for a wedding on 4/7/2024. The dresses came within a few days and they all looked absolutely horrible on me. I initiated a return and dropped of the package in the beginning of December 2023 at UPS. I just received an email on 6/14/2024 that my package was dropped off on 6/6/2024 and that I am no longer able to receive a refund on the purchase. How did they lose my return package for SIX MONTHS and then blame me for not returning the package within the 21 days when they were the ones who lost the package??? UPS said that the sender did not upload billing information on time and since it's been so long, both UPS and Lulu's are not able to pull up the tracking number or issue a refund. So somehow, I'm the one who has to be charged for the purchase and UPS/Lulu's aren't able to provide a satisfactory solution or even an explanation for me. The dresses never fit correctly and the returns are not as easy as they used to be (circa 2020). I will never shop here again and I will also make sure to dissuade anyone around me from doing the same. Edit: I contacted my credit card company to try to dispute the charges but it seems that the purchase is also past the allotted time period to file a dispute. The timeline of this whole thing has been very suspicious. UPS doesn't have information on tracking numbers past 120 days, Lulu's can't offer any refunds because of the "age of the order", and my cc company can't dispute a purchase if it's been more than 4 months. There was nothing I could've done when I was contacted 6 months after the fact.

My rating is a big ZERO We have ordered house hold grocery good on 16th and is to be delivered as per to our residence by17 th morning 8 O clock. The goods were not received by 3O clock and the app is showing as the order is canceled. On a enquiry the answer received is as they will refund the amount. I have given the order is to get the items ordered and not to get the refund. These type of response is not expected from a group of yours

Definitely less than 1 Cheap and nasty fabric When I sent email asking for refund as the item didnt fit they asked to send a video - I have never been asked to send a video - still have not been given an address to return as they are obviously dragging out return process probably until return period expires. I normally read reviews but did not this time but now looking at reviews little wonder STAY AWAY

I was skeptical because of the reviews...

I was concerned after seeing reviews but there was a beautiful dress on theme with my wedding colors, so I gave them a try and I'm so glad I did! I paid for 1 day shipping (US bassd) and became concerned when the tracking was delayed but somehow it still arrived on time. The dress was exactly as pictured, the lace detailing was beautiful. My only gripe is that i wish they offered petite sizes because it was a long but the width was spot on and fit like a glove!
