I have shopped at Lulus for a long time and I WON'T be doing it again. The picture of the item I purcased was like the other crocheted tops I had purchased from them throughout the years and for some reason they DIDN'T carry them for a long time so I looked on their website and was so excited to find what I thought was the same thing as before.It was nothing like the picture. I returned it and now being charged a restocking fee?? Bye Bye

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought 2 piece outfits for a wedding on the UK site, both were too small and terrible quality. I had to pay £32.50 for returns because I didn't realise they were based in US. I would never shop there again. I feel scammed!

The dress did not arrive in time.

I ordered this dress for my daughter's graduation photo shoot and I paid for 2-day shipping to make sure it arrived on time. It did not arrive in 2 days it arrived in 8 days. This was too late for the photo shoot so my daughter had to race into town on the day of the photo shoot and purchase another dress. I complained to the company and was offered my 2-day shipping cost back- big deal! When I complained about the extra stress and cost their mistake caused us they gave me a 25% refund. I would not use this company again.

I’ve been a long time customer, and they screwed up the shipping and refund. They didn’t do much to rectify the situation at all. The dresses have inconsistent quality, but if you go through the reviews, you’ll know if you should buy the product or not. I’ve had several issues with express shipping, because they still insist on using a cheap company, so don’t rely on them, if you need something quickly. The company itself is decent, and typically have good experiences there, however, Kaylee is an idiot and will get them sued. If you’re in a management position, you should know the laws and return processes. I have a great bank though. Pretty scary that she claimed to have no boss, and someone that allegedly ranks that high, should be trained better. They probably would actually do significantly better without her in the company, and take notes from ASOS. Don’t let anyone tell you they can’t immediately release a refund (especially when paid for with a debit card). That is false information, and just lazy. Read the reviews thoroughly, and know that if there is an issue, you’re pretty much out of luck.

Beware international buyers!

Beware international buyers!! I made an order of fairly substantial value, but all the clothing that arrived was shoddy quality and sizing was completely off (think Shein standard- definitely not in line with the price point). When I ordered I didn’t realise Lulu’s didn’t have UK operations as they were advertising the ‘free UK shipping’ so prominently. Inevitably I attempted to return the items, paying a significant amount of money to post them and painstakingly following the return instructions only to have the items sent back over a month later with no explanation. I’ve now lost over £300 including the very pricey delivery I paid for the return and all I have in return is some clothes that don’t fit and are probably only worth £30. Wish I’d checked reviews before ordering- will never be purchasing from Lulus again

i have ordered two dress from them, the quality was really poor and the stiches was obvious, and it was alot smaller than expected. the supper frustrating thing about it was i paid 15 shipping fee, 34 custom fee to be sent to canada and i paid another 50 custom fee to return it!

I’ve always loved lulus design but the quality has declined tremendously. They have also started charging restocking fee for the returns which didn’t exist before. I kept 2 of the 3 items that I ordered, yet the jumpsuit has strings and uneven stitching. Not to mention their sizing is way off. Some items are huge some of them barely fit even though they’re the same size. Most of the clothing is made in china. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them anymore.
