Update. After seeing my review on here about sizing and lack of ability to return because of exorbitant costs. Lulu's reached out to me, and let me return via DPD at no cost to me. I'm very happy to say that they helped me. Thank you Lulu's.

Great service and items, but Read returns info
I’ve ordered from Lulu’s twice to Germany and I’ve had a great experience both times. I will say, I read the returns info carefully before ordering so I knew what I was getting into. I love the clothes I bought, really good for a special occasion dress and when the second order got held up by the shipping company, the Lulu’s customer service team were really great at investigating it and keeping me updated. The package did then arrive but they had also reassured me that if it didn’t arrive by x date I would get a full refund.

** UPDATE ** lulus reached out immediately and offered a full refund or to cover cost of getting the item fixed. Thank you so much for getting in touch and giving great customer service. I am a big lulus shopper, I generally buy a bunch of clothes at a time and leave it in original packages until it’s time to wear it. I purchased a romper back in May and when I tried it on the other day (December) the strap immediately snapped. I took photos- all the original tags still on and they said there was nothing they could do except give me a 15 % discount on future purchase. I understand the return policy is 30 days but this was a damaged item. I am so disappointed, I always encourage friends, family, and coworkers to shop here.

Ive ordered a few things from lulus, only today did I realize that when you send something back, you not only get charged a shipping fee but you also get charged a re-stocking fee, WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM! I will never order from them again.

My experience doesn’t rate I ordered item 4 th October email to say it was shipped on 10th October. I emailed on 18th to say I hadn’t received anything but no reply to my email then. I sent in a review which of course probably won’t be printed. Then this morning I received an email to know how pleased I am with the purchase I’ve never received!!! Dreadful.. Please immediately sort out my order or refund Totally unsatisfied!!!!

Seriously, impressive customer service
I recently purchased several dresses from Lulu’s for a wedding I was attending. I am between sizes, so I was having trouble getting a good fit. Lulu‘s has an amazing exchange policy, and I even got to talk to a real human, based in the US, when I needed help accessing it. I had a shipping problem sending back the incorrect sizes (not Lulu’s fault at all- UPS issue) and Lulu’s worked with me and provided above and beyond customer service to help resolve the issue. I will definitely be purchasing from them again. I was incredibly impressed with their customer service. I had been especially worried because I had seen bad reviews, but they proved all of those reviews wrong in my instance.

Das Paket war zunächst erstmal verloren, es hat knapp über einen Monat gedauert bis es bei mir ankam. Jetzt haben beide Kleider nicht gepasst und ich wollte sie zurückschicken (Warenwert insgesamt 200 Euro). Dafür durfte ich bei DHL jetzt schlappe 50 Euro selber bezahlen. Mir ist bewusst, dass das für internationale Sendungen in den AGBs steht, aber ich finde es sehr intransparent, dass nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht wird WIE hoch die Kosten dann wirklich ausfallen. Ich finde das ziemlich frech und kann die schlechten Bewertungen somit unterschreiben.

Purchased sale items and they cancelled…
Purchased sale items and they cancelled my order days after, claiming pricing errors. It is the store’s responsibility to price things correctly, and if I purchase and pay I should be able to receive that order. Will definitely keep this in mind when I’m looking for clothes in the future
