Don’t buy from their sale. They reserve their right to cancel the order at anytime, so even if you order and pay for it it is not guaranteed you’ll be receiving the product. I would go for a more reliable brand.

No longer the go to place for dresses

Ordered a dress on 9/11 for an event on 9/16, paid $10 upgraded shipping over and above the free shipping my order qualified for in order to ensure it arrived on time. Shipping label was created on 9/12 and then the dress sat in their shipping department...and sat. I contacted them on 9/13 and they promised it had shipped and it was the post office's fault for not updating the tracking. Item didn't arrive on 9/15 as promised, contacted again and they issued refund, and continued to insist it left their warehouse and blame post office. "Coincidentally" the dress left their shipping department on 9/16 and was scanned into the post office and is now expected to arrive on 9/19, but Alissa S. has already reached out before it has even been delivered to tell me to make sure I go out of my way to drop it back off to return it to them! They probably should have at least waited until it was finally delivered to tell me what they expect of me when they couldn't even meet the expectation of shipping my dress out until after it was already past the delivery date! Absolutely ridiculous how far this company has fallen, so happy there are companies like Revolve to take their place (they got us a dress in time to make up for Lulus failure)!

Took over one and half hours for our food and then was luke warm and overcooked burgers. Definitely not worth the price

Great Selection!!

I have purchased and returned many many items from lulus recently trying to find items for several different events. Although many items have not worked for one reason or another, the lulus selections have been amazing and that is why I keep returning!

They claim that your order number for returns is on their shipping label. Good luck finding it. Good luck getting a call back from customer service.

Lulus superior dresses and customer service. BEWARE of Chinese based companies- ZERO return policies

Do not order from Doris Wedding or Hebeos. They are Chinese based companies with ZERO returns and passive aggressive customer service. If you order from Chinese based companies expect to keep the dress. I’m not a conspiracy theorist but I’m assuming these companies must use false accounts to up their ratings because the experience was that horrific and from what I could find was consistent with other low ratings. Lulus on the other hand had amazing customer service. I ordered 6 dresses. I’m wearing 2 (rehearsal dinner and wedding) and returned the other 4 with quick and easy return via prepaid UPS. Refund prompt to my bank account.

Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. I got a notification from Lulus that a dress I wanted for my wedding was back in stock in my size, prompting me to order. I placed an order and nothing happened. Literally. One week later, nothing. I inquired and got a non-commital e-mail back saying "Sorry for the delay, we're working on it". Another week passed. NOTHING. I asked for a refund and many days later I finally get an e-mail saying "Sorry, we couldn't process your order in the end". Terrible customer service, scam marketing tactics (like "your desired item is now in stock, order now"... when they clearly do not have the item)... you do not want to be dealing with a company like this when you're planning a wedding. They clearly have 0 respect for their customers. Currently waiting for a refund, but given how everything has gone so far, I wouldn't be surprised if it never happens.
