Horrible return policy, sizing isn't consistent...neither is quality

The sizing was all over the place and so was the quality. I didn't realize the return policy was 30 days, thought it was 60. Bought them online and after I mailed them back, they said no refund. I'm out about $500 and the only thing they offered was to "donate" the clothes. Will never, ever order from them again.

Great customer service!

I ordered a dress that was delivered to the wrong address and never made it to me. I spoke to customer service online and they immediately sent out a replacement with expedited shipping (1 day air). They made the process so easy and comfortable!

WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed my order on July 5, 2023, trusting the two dresses that I ordered will be shipped within 2 days. Today is July 21, 2023, and my order hasn't been shipped yet. Apparently, they don't have two dresses in stock, so they are on backorder. I have sent several emails, saying that I want a refund and I want them to cancel my order. I've been ignored since the beginning, and all they can say is that the order will be shipped, once became available. This is fraud and very bad customer service. They took my money and they failed to ship my goods and they won't give me a refund as I requested many times!!! I will report this company as to me it's a FRAUD and scam!

Do not order from Lulus. Save your money and time

It took them 2 weeks to process and ship my order. I reached out to customer service to check on the order status and ultimately decided to reach out again and cancel the order... my request was ignored and shortly after I sent that message, they marked the order as shipped (such a weird coincidence, right?). Over a week after that, I receive the package and it's a completely different dress in a completely different size (and the quality looks awful too). Customer care has been ignoring me ever since I contacted them again to request a full refund and instructions on how to return the wrong item free of charge to correct their mistake (I'm definitely NOT paying £50 to return a dress that I didn't order!). How convenient for them to only reply to the messages they want to reply to. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this website. Absolutely horrible experience (at least for overseas customers...).

Hatte die gleiche Erfahrung wie Barbara. Habe nur ein Paar Sandalen bestellt, dieses kam gleich in der falschen Farbe UND der falschen Größe an (weiß, Größe 10 statt gold, Größe 8). Habe ein Ticket beim Kundenservice aufgemacht, die geforderten Bilder geschickt - keine Antwort mehr, und damit wohl keine Chance, mein Geld zurückzubekommen, während ich mit unpassenden Schuhen da sitze. Das Letzte.

Kundenservice nicht vorhanden

Ich habe ganz normal eine Bestellung aufgegeben und auch die Versandkosten in Kauf genommen. Als die Bestellung ankam hat ein Artikel komplett gefehlt und anstelle eines anderen Artikel den ich ebenfalls bestellt hatte, kam ein komplett falscher Artikel. Daraufhin habe ich Kontakt aufgenommen und wurde gebeten Bilder zu senden. Dies habe ich auch gemacht aber danach, nun bereits mehr als 3 Wochen her, keinerlei Rückmeldung mehr erhalten. Weder auf meine Nachricht mit den Bildern, noch auf meine mehrmaligen Nachrichten die ich danach noch geschickt hatte, mit dem Versuch irgendjemand zu erreichen. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht von diesem schrecklichen Kundenservice und möchte zumindest mein Geld zurückerstattet bekommen.

I ordered a size 6 pair of shoes

I ordered a size 6 pair of shoes, to find when they arrived they fit like a size 3 despite having ‘6’ written on them. They don’t even fit my child who is a uk size 4! Lulus have not even made steps to rectify this despite me addressing this with them as soon as I received my items - but instead continue to spam my inbox with marketing emails. Will not buy from them again.

I brought 3 dresses in the beginning of May. I wanted to return 2. I tried the automatic return, and stated it could not be completed. I emailed them 2 times without a response. Now its past the return date. I WILL NEVER BUY FORM HERE AGAIN

TERRIBLE! Don't Buy if Express Delivery is Required!

Was in a pinch and needed a dress for a wedding that's in a few days, so last week so I specifically opted for the 'Express Courier (Air)' which cost extra and at the time of purchase was quoted a fast turnaround time for shipping (within 2-3 days). I got the last item in stock, however at no point did Lulu's indicate that there was an inventory issue, and all tracking continuing to insist that the order was 'dispatched'. However, almost a week later after almost daily correspondence with the delivery courier (DHL), they documented and explained that Lulu's never actually passed along the package. So in one week: - Lulu's already took the payment and there's a charge on my credit card, and continues to say the order has been 'dispatched' but has provided ZERO updates for an express order that should have been shipped already - According to DHL all they did was create a label and did not actually provide the package - It is next to impossible to get in contact with a person from support -- you have to google throughly just to get a phone number and no one ever picks up, so your only option is to submit a ticket online - Lulu's also wouldn't give me the option to cancel the order as I'm learning now it's quite expensive to refund the item as this merchant does not cover postage for returns I'm still out +$150 and have not received the item and between the merchant and the delivery courier it would appear the item disappeared into thin air. BUYER BEWARE. Rather scammy of a retailer to insist that an item was shipped by emailing 'Your order has been shipped!' with seemingly no proof that the handoff to the courier actually occurred. I am very dissapointed, first time I order and after paying express shipping that costs as much as the item, I got the wrong size. I ordered in S and I got it in XL!!! The team hasn't replied since I sent the proofs and picture. As far as I can see there were similar cases
