The first & also the last time shopping here!

This was the first and also the last time that I've ordered here. I placed a big order because of an incoming wedding that I have to attend to. The dresses themselves are okay to nice, especially given the quality-price-ratio. I did select one dress that fits me nicely and a pair or earrings. BUT.......! HIDDEN/UNTRANSPARENT AND HIGH RETURN COSTS!! The costs are almost double of the dress that i'm keeping (returncosts are somewhere around 125 euro). I find that just insane. Because of the website (everything with currency in the country where im living), id assume that they'd have a return-depot here, like most other bigger companies. For future purchases: I'm going back to Asos, because they include their return labels, shipping costs and are transparent. Lulus...Never again.

I absolutely hate to shop online and I cannot express enough what a wonderful and easy process this was. I ordered 4 dresses for a wedding thinking I would hate them bc I couldn’t try them on first. I loved 3 of the 4. The return process was easy and hassle free. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Return policy

I have placed an order from Austria. In the return policies it says, you will have to cover the costs. As all the dresses did not really fit me and also the quality is not worth the prices, I wanted to return it. Ended up paying 75€ for the return.

Hats and accessories

The clothes and accessories displayed on the Lulus website are gorgeous. The items delivered are another story.. One faulty cowboy hat is acceptable but two damaged hats on two different orders makes one question the quality of Lulus products and the integrity and professionalism of the Lulus brand. Customer service at Lulus gives you the run around. Iam referring to a response from PJ a Lulus customer service representative .. and I await my refund on a hat which was delivered with patches of mould and mildew on it and the hat is inside the plastic packaging. Lulus might want to revamp their quality checks before items are shipped out.

BEWARE OF RETURNS COSTS

BEWARE OF RETURN POSTAGE COSTS No information anywhere about returns, but they charge excessive amounts to return items. My daughter bought 2 dresses and shoes and ordered before I realised this is a US company and we are in UK. Returning the shoes (way too small, tiny sizes) and one dress, £39 cost. With risk of not getting refund due to 'pet hair' as lots of other reviewers have experienced, I will be trying to sell on elsewhere rather than not get anything refunded. Will not be buying here again - a shame because the chosen dress is lovely. PLEASE make it clear about the cost of returns from outside of US.

I never received my order and Lulus doesn't care

I never received my order. As soon as I got the text notification that it was delivered to my front door, I went out to grab it and it wasn't there. I live in a secured building and have had ALL of my other packages delivered to my doorstep just fine. I checked with my neighbors, checked all the entrances, and followed up with Lasership (the delivery company).The time between my text notification and looking outside was less than 3 minutes. Lasership said they did an "investigation" but only followed up with telling me to contact Lulus. FYI, Lulus doesn't take ANY responsibility for lost or stolen packages. I had 3 dresses in this order, and one of them was supposed to be my wedding dress!! And now my size is sold out. I had other dresses lined up that I liked if these didnt work out, but now I dont even want to spend anymore money here. I'm absolutely devastated I never got my order, especially the dress I was planning to wear for my wedding. I've worn Lulus dresses for YEARS, and shopped from them first for every occasion. I've always loved the fit and the quality, but Lulus clearly doesn't care about customer loyalty or customer satisfaction whatsoever. Lesson learned. **EDIT** 4/2/22: So Lulus got back to me and resent 2 of 3 dresses. Since the third dress was sold out in my size, they refunded me. I did receive the second package they sent, however I did have them send it to a friend's house at a completely different address, just in case. I'm glad it was mostly resolved, however it had to take writing multiple reviews for anyone at Lulus to reach out to me.

I'm also surprised at the negative comments ..ordered a faux fur coat for my daughter...hard to get tracking details so thought it was a scam and wouldn't arrive but it came and it was beautiful ...my daughter loved it and wants to order another one in a different colour. Next time I'd order next size up..shes 14 and slim and I ordered a size small but could have done with medium but its ok

I have ordered from here several times and always get quality items and have never had any issues with shipping or returns. I am surprised by the negative reviews. Clothing is great quality and prices are good.

Onverwachte retourkosten, 36 euro

Jurk dubbel besteld omdat ik twee maten wilde proberen. Omdat ik wist dat ik één jurk terug zou sturen heb ik de internationale retourvoorwaarden goed gelezen. Hier stond niks over kosten bij retourneren. Bij het aanmelden van mijn retour bleek echter wat anders, 36 euro. Het had netjes geweest als ze deze kosten ergens op de website vermeld hadden. Maar ik heb het nog eens terug gezocht, het staat er echt niet. Slordig.. De jurk ben ik overigens wel erg blij mee. Ik heb eerder bij ze besteld en ook toen was ik blij met de kledingstukken. Dus over de kleding geen klachten, over de gebrekige informatie op de website wel.

SCAM BEWARE - RETURN COST

SCAM. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. I was ordering some wedding dresses to try on, searched around for return cost info and nothing, so I guessed it must be the standard maximum £5 to return like other businesses. When it arrived (at least the items arrived unlike some other reviews on here), guess how much it is to return. FIFTY FIVE POUNDS! the cost of another one or two dresses! And only given option! I am fuming and the only sentence of answer I got from a David customer service is return cost is buyers responsibility! Ffffft NOT £55 uninformed it is not! That doesn’t sound very legal. So I searched and it is indeed illegal re: consumers rights act 2015. So either I am given an option or I will take it to small claims court even if I have to pay £35 to get £55 back!
