Absolutely DONE with this company. I have been a loyal customer since 2016. I had returned an item in 45 days instead of 30 days but they refuse to give me store credit. Their reasoning is that they allowed the exception previously and referenced 3 orders (1-3 years ago March 2020, December 2021, and May 2022). I do not care if it was 1,000 orders. 45 days is unreasonable for no store credit. Better yet, if you do not respond via email within a week they do not even send you back the items you purchased. I understand the policy was likely intended for those who abuse the system but not for loyal customers who purchase monthly and reach All access level. Within the past 6 months I received a wrong item, sent it back, and ordered it again with no complaints. I also received an email about another order which they received "another item" instead of the item I was returning. An item from "Shein" which I know is false since I have not once ever purchased from there and the lady had to tell me what Shein was. It's the principle. This is probably the first time I have ever left a comment or review about a company and likely my last. 8 years and this is how they treat their customers. There are WAY better companies to shop online that have better return policies and treat loyal customers better.

Ich habe letzte Woche Schuhe bestellt und obwohl der Versand 15 Euro kostete, bin ich das Risiko eingegangen. Leider waren die Schuhe sehr unbequem und ich muss sie nun zurückschicken Ich war sehr Überrascht, als ich auf das Online-Portal ging und sah, dass die Rücksendung 35,85 Euro kostet! Warum kostet die Rücksendung so viel?? Ich fühle mich ehrlich gesagt betrogen. Die Schuhe haben nur 47 Euro gekostet, sodass ich jetzt irgendwie gezwungen bin Schuhe zu behalten, die nicht passen, und es gibt keinen Kundenservice, den ich diesbezüglich kontaktieren kann. Ich wünschte, ich hätte zuerst die Bewertungen hier gelesen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und frustriert.

Absolutely worth it
Recently, I ordered a jumpsuit for my graduation. I was quit skeptical due to the delivery from the USA to Germany. Despite of that the parcel only took a week to arrive without any complications. Lulu provides a fit-quide and thanks to this tool the jumpsuit fits perfectly:)

Not worth it in the UK
I have been a customer of Lulu's for years, when I was living in the US I ordered constantly so I was very excited to see them now shipping to the UK. Unfortunately, the service in the UK is not at all like it is in the US. Beware of ridiculous return fares, in the US returns are free (which is a huge appeal for customers!), but in the UK it's like £40! They claim to 'provide prepaid return labels for international customers by Global-e' but this option did not work - it was disabled. The only option was a DHL return service all the way back to the US which was nearly £40. This was really sneaky of them and it's very upsetting to get such different service. If Lulu's can't provide the same level of customer care as they do in their original business in the US, then they should not operate elsewhere. I am definitely not buying anything from Lulu's anymore. This was a terribly upsetting experience.

Extremely poor customer service
I recently ordered a number of items from Lulu's. I need to return some of them as they don't fit. I have tried to submit the return on line but it won't work. I contacted their customer service but they were no help. Now I am stuck with an order I can't return. Very poor customer service. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Ik was wantrouwig gelet op onderstaande reviews. Op 16/04 heb ik een bestelling geplaatst. op 20/04 is dat al aangekomen! Super tevreden. Item ziet er uit zoals verwacht. Als het goed is, mag het ook gezegd worden. Verder had ik op 17/04 gemaild met de vraag of ik het zeker ging ontvangen voor 6/5. Hierop werd zeer snel geantwoord.

Falsche Zusendung
Ich habe ein wunderschönes rost-orangenes Kleid bestellt. Musste dann aus mir unbekannten Gründen noch 30€ Zoll daraufzahlen. Hab mir gedacht, das passt, weil das Kleid echt toll ist. Angekommen ist aber ein Paket mit einem völlig anderen Kleid, falsche Größe, Farbe, alles, es gab keine einzige Ähnlichkeit. Zwei Sterne gibt es drauf, weil der Kundenservice super war (super freundlich und extrem schnelle Rückzahlung des Kleidpreises). Die Zollkosten konnten aber nicht erstattet werden und das ist super ärgerlich. Das Kleid durfte ich behalten, mal schauen, ob ich es weiterverkauft bekomme.
