I have only good things to say about my Lulus shopping experience. Great selection, a range of affordable prices. Fast shipping. Well packaged with very little plastic waste. Great quality, good fit true to size, very attractive. I even needed customer service because my credit card wasn't being accepted. Some kind of "suspicious activity". I got my card released after a day waiting because it happened on a Sunday, called Lulus because my order needed to be re-entered, and I talked to Melissa who couldn't have been nicer. After the initial hiccup all went through without incident. I am already looking for my next order.

It's hard to match Lulus customer service. Returns are free and super easy. Shipping is free. Refunds are super prompt. Only complaint I have is they seem to have changed their sizing so that an XS is too big for me in a lot of their styles (I am 5'4" 100 pounds). It is very disappointing cause their dresses are fabulous. They haven't changed their size chart to match so I am not sure what's going on with that..

Erg jammer. Ik was zo blij om een leuke jurk gevonden te hebben voor €70. Daar kwamen €16 verzendkosten bij. Naja, prima dacht ik. Voor de deur moet ik er nog eens €50 bij betalen voor de taxes en duane vanuit DHL. Dag! Veel te gek. €136 kwijt voor een jurk van €70. Jammer dat dit nergens duidelijk wordt aangegeven op de Lulus website.

I would like to thank the Lulu's team for their amazing help! I ordered 5 dresses for my bridesmaids all the way from London. I was really worried about the sizing but the online assistants were so helpful and patient - they made sure I was able to order the sizes required and when delivered I was so happy - the fitting on each of the girls was fab and won't require any altering apart from the length. The quality. material and colour was exactly as the picture online. I took a risk but it paid off! Thanks again to the whole team :)

Decidí comprar unos zapatos que me parecieron bien de precio 27 euros. Después añadieron 15 por gastos de envío y 25.59 por tasas de expedición del país de donde venían. ¿Debemos pagar los compradores las tasas de donde decida el vendedor comprarlas? A mí me parece que no, que eso es asunto del vendedor. En total los zapatos no me han costado 27 euros sino 67.59 Como mínimo deberían advertir de esto al hacer la oferta. Toda la web aparece traducida al español, pero justamente donde indica que el comprador tiene que pagar tasas está en inglés y en pequeño. Muy disgustada, me parece un fraude al comprador
