Ordered a month ago a dress for my sons wedding..got the run around with tracking #and assured it was on its way. The site to check tracking # could never get it to track. Emailed them so many times.Today was told my order wasn't foundt. Prices n all too good to be true. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!..update: was told it had been delivered.That I needed to check with neighbor. Noone has seen my package. They said they are gonna resend my order..should take 7-14 days..we shall see. If it comes i will delete my review.

The return process is horrible

The return process is disappointing, if you want a return it will be very expensive. Costumer service is neither good. The return process is absolute trash if you buy from outside USA. Won’t shop again.

Used to be great... now horrible!

Lulus used to be great and easy to buy from. I've literally been buying from them for 7 years now... however, my most recent experiences have been enough to make me never want to buy from there again. First of all, 90% of their items are CHEAP quality and are priced highly expensive. And it's only gotten worse over the years. Most of their casual clothing alone is priced between $50 - $90. Casual clothing! I'm talking about literally a tee shirt you can find at Target for $15. Two expensive dresses I bought from them, one was casual and one was formal; both of them ripped and fell apart on the first wear. You think you're getting good quality items based on the price, but you're not. I've seriously bought better quality clothing off of Amazon before. But, the thing that has recently turned me against them is their ridiculous return policy. First of all.. Lulus sizing is constantly off. It's never been consistent for as long as I've been ordering from them. But, I am also someone who is in-between sizes. So I usually have to purchase an item in different sizes to see which one fits better. Which means that I end up returning the sizes that don't fit. However, Lulus now has a policy where if you return over a certain amount of money/certain amount of your orders within 6 months to a year, they will put your account on a "modified return policy". They are also supposed to warn you and inform you if they're going to do this to your account. They did NOT warn me, nor did they inform me that they did this to my account. I only found out that my account was placed on this policy because when I tried to return an item, it told me I could only receive store credit for it and that my account is also subject to being blocked from ordering from them anymore. When I complained about this, they told me that it should've been clear upon checkout, and that I should have seen it there. But nope! I checked out like I always have and everything was exactly as it always is. So let me see if I understand this correctly... they price all their items at unreasonably high amounts, their sizing inconsistently varies, and yet they expect you to get your size correct and expect you to like everything you order or else your account gets penalized for returning items back too much. How is this fair to people who fluctuate in sizing and are not always consistent in clothing? Do they expect all of their customers to look like the models on their website? Do they expect people to like how every single thing looks on them? Maybe if the items were actually worth their prices, people wouldn't have to return so much. I mean really... who wants to pay hundreds of dollars for clothing that's not even gonna last long? It's just very unfair. This is an ONLINE clothing store. It's not like customers can just come in and try on clothes to see if they fit. I have never experienced a store (online or an in-person) that has a policy like that. People should be able to purchase and return as much as they want without getting penalized. They clearly implemented this policy because they just care about how much money they're losing from returns. Oh and one more thing.. they started charging restocking fees on every return. Most retail stores only charge restocking fees if you return an item that's damaged or has visibly been worn. Well now at Lulus, even if the tags are intact and it hasn't been worn or even opened, they will still charge you a restocking fee. Like really?… Anything else y'all want to do to prevent customers from getting their money back? I will no longer be purchasing from here. I can't continue to buy from a place that doesn't value their customers. No customer should ever be penalized for needing to return items that don't fit them or that they don't like - no matter how frequently they need to return. I have loved Lulus for a very long time but, they have completely lost my loyalty. Time for me to find a new and better place to shop. I hope this helps to warn other customers.

Vandaag kwam mijn spoedbestelling toe, waar ik 20 euro extra kosten voor betaalde maar het kleedje past spijtig genoeg niet, doch ik kan het blijkbaar niet meer terugsturen volgens de policy van Lulu. Op het ogenblik van de bestelling wist ik dit niet en dit was ook nergens aangegeven. Nu heb ik een kleedje wat ik niet kan dragen. Ik heb een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag of ik het toch kan terugsturen wat commercieel gezien gebruikelijk is en correct zou zijn.

FINGER WEG! BE CAREFUL!

Ich schliesse mich den anderen Kund*innen an. Lulus ist der grösste Betrug. Die Rücksendungsetikett funktioniert nicht. Jetzt muss ich fast 70 CHF für die Retoursendung zahlen für ein 90 CHF teures Kleid. De Qualität der Kleider ist extrem schlecht. Ich kann niemandem Lulus empfehlen! I agree with the other customers. Lulus is the biggest scam. The return label does not work. I have to pay almost 70 CHF for the return (the dress costs 90 CHF). The quality of the clothes is extremely poor. I can't recommend Lulus to anyone!

Dutchess lace gown with bell sleeves

I just got married in the dutchess lace gown with bell sleeves and I felt so stunning! The dress was affordable however was still of great quality! It was delivered at the door in very exclusive packaging. I am a EU size M and it was true to size. I am 1,62 m tall so I had to tailor the length - which was a fairly easy shortening job to do yourself. I love that Lulus show their different dresses on different and REAL bodies: short or tall, dark or light, curvy or slim. I ordered it a while ago so I do not have my order nummer, but would be happy to supply photos.

I used to buy a lot of clothes and shoes from here like 6 years ago and I loved the experience, I decided to come back and put my first order after so long and guess what, USPS says my package was delivered but it wasn’t, I tried to open a claim with them, it said I couldn't cause the package was uninsured and lulus website says they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Worst experience, customer service ever. I WISH I NEVER LOOKED ON THEIR WEBSITE AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN. So now I just lost 65 dollars just like that? I will be disputing the charges Edit: they sent me a replacement

HARD PASS Do NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I've ordered from Lulu's multiple…

I've ordered from Lulu's multiple times. I typically need to order 2 sizes. Why should I have to pay a restocking fee of $2 per item? My last purchase, I ordered one dress. The zipper was crap. I indicated on my return information, that I should not be charged a restocking fee when I can't keep it with such a crap zipper. I am so done ordering from here. Their prices are low because they're making millions on restocking fees. Total bull.
