I've had my DC Lock for about five years and it is my preferred lock for ease of use, weight and portability. Last week, the key stuck in the lock, it would turn easily, but I couldn't take it out. I dropped an email (that was easy to find) to Hiplok Support on Wednesday evening, and received a reply at 09.04 on Thursday morning with a suggested fix. That didn't work so I emailed back around 11.00 and had a reply less than two hours later asking for a couple of photos of the problem, a proof of purchase and an address for sending the replacement! I sent the information at 13:33 today and received a reply 13 minutes later advising that my replacement was being despatched today and the tracking information would be sent as soon as it was available. Not only that, it was pointed out that the colour I had was discontinued, but I could remove the cover and was given instructions on how, so that I had a spare or replace the current colour. I really couldn't fault the service, this is as good as it gets, and easily justifies the 5* rating with a special mention for Charlotte for making it all happen.

Excellent service and delivered well within stated timelines.

The bill was 120 euros, afterwards I had to pay 80 Euros taxes additionally. I think it would be nice, if you give your customers full transparency on the real costs.

Products came in a timely manner even though they came from England.

Really please great little lock ideal to take out with you for quick stops.

I was charged an additional €41.10 to cover EC duties by the delivery company on an order of €119 delivered to Ireland. There was no indication when I ordered that I would have to pay any additional duties and the item was priced in euro. Had I known the full cost, I wouldn't have purchased the item ( as good as it is).

Good service for on-line purchase, In comparison to a lot of cycle locks was lightweight.The weight was essential so my nephew for whom it was purchased could carry with him to secure cycle whilst out and about with his friends.
