Absolutley superb company! Beautiful designs and I love that I can bespoke and pick the quality of the gem stones and metals. Most importantly, for me, the customer service is fantastic. Quick replys with a professional attitude towards any of my concerns. They dealt with an issue I had super quick and easily. My experience with Angara has been 5 stars. I highly recommend them.

My roommate recommended Angara, but apparently they fulfill just a certain percentage of their orders. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received my pendant (cost about $500). Every time I reach out to them they send me responses stating that I should call *** and look for my package and when I asked them to refund my money, they told me that I need to call them. The worse service, I do not recommend ordering from them. Awful customer service, I'm glad that I finally disputed the charge and got my money back.

I just bought a second piece from them. The first was diamond and sapphire earrings in 18K white gold, and now a 1 1/6Ct oval diamond pendant necklace in Plat. What I like about this site is it allows me to build the piece I want within my budget. There is a large selection of stones both lab and natural. I was very nervous the first time spending that kind of money online sight unseen, but I got what I paid for and haven't had any issues with the earrings. I will update if there are any changes once I receive the necklace.
