Ring has broken after 3 months and no one replies on any platform!

Update - 1 month later. STILL FAULTY!!!! The ring was "repaired" and sent back to us with a new gemstone but today the gemstone has again started to come loose and is moving about within the prongs. This is clearly a faulty ring and will keep happening. Emailed Customer Service today as we would like a full refund. Don't bother buying a ring from this company - use a local Jewler instead! My partner purchased my Engagement ring in September and the main gemstone has fallen out. Not had it 3 months and it's unwearable. I'm absolutley devastated. We have emailed, sent images, sent messages on Facebook and no reply - very upset.

Ring broke after wearing it for very short duration three times!

Within 4 months of buying an expensive ring, and wearing it only three times for very short duration, the ring broke! The actual ring was much more fragile than that advertised! They wouldn’t give me an option to buy another more durable ring, and told me after this short duration I cannot return the ring for a refund! The ring was repaired but I can’t wear it, as it doesn’t fit and it’s too fragile to wear! Customer service were most unhelpful! I warn people never to buy from this company as they don’t honour our Australian statutory Rights! Wasted just under $1,500.

Broke within 2 weeks

For a birthday present I ended up spending more with Angara than other jewelers due to the amazing reviews suggesting top quality. Unfortunately the necklace chain snapped within 2 weeks randomly. After contacting Angara with proof, I was offered an exchange or refund but this meant asking for the gift back and sorting out postage. Disappointing considering the premium cost. Update: Thanks to Barbara for getting in touch and sorting a replacement necklace. No issue at all with the new one!

* please note Angara customer service reply is an edited response i received by email* Very unscrupulous. My husband bought me an expensive platinum necklace with pendant that constantly spins around and the chain tangles where is can be adjusted. I contacted Angara some months later - this was within the first year then over the last 2 years wanting a reply and for my experience to be seen by others. They stated I could buy another necklace because what my husband had bought was the pendant. Trustpilot then removed my review despite my sending proof of purchase to them. BUYERS BEWARE! We don't have the order , you have our address where the item was sent and I have a photo of the 'guarantee'. I've tried to let this go but it sticks in my throat that genuine reviews are removed and show this company in the wrong light. * I have been contacted by a Senior Sales Manager who highlighted my query had well and truly exceeded the 30 day return policy. After being told what happens when a person wears a necklace I was advised: "he purchased the pendant and the chain is free". That really does speak volumes about the companies approach to customer service which I can only describe as bullying and brow beating. Thank you for the clarification Barbara, we can feel much happier about this disappointing purchase and your unprofessional customer service. * in response to the below: Good evening Barbara, Thank you for sharing your perspective with me. As the customer I will share mine with you. Your schooling as to how/ why people adjust their necklaces is both condescending and unnecessary. The necklace was a gift from my husband, as such I wanted to be happy with it as was. It was only with time I became frustrated with how the pendant and chain became tangled and thought I would no longer wear it. I then felt aggrieved at the price he paid which was when I contacted you. To then be told what my husband had bought was just the chain then later just the pendant; added insult to injury and I would suggest this is an 'issue' with this necklace and pendant which is why your replies are as is. As a company how you chose to deal with such enquiries is indeed your prerogative; what I feel is important is your potential customers are aware of this...I keep the chain on all the time, storage isn't the issue. To actually sell this as a pendant with free chain speaks volumes about your company. This then provides you with the basis to argue semantics with the people who purchase your merchandise. Reply I received = Let's back up. Did someone tell you that your husband only purchased a chain? That is not true and actually more complicated because he purchased the pendant and the chain is free. We always provide a free chain with our pendants so that it can be immediately worn. I apologize most sincerely if I came across as condescending. That was never my intention. I sometimes test the necklaces . When I am sitting straight and don't move around..the pendants don't move. However, with normal movement when I bend to pick something up or do any kinds of not rigid sitting movements...even my personal pendants move and can flip or need an adjustment. It will also relate to if it is on my skin or over clothing. I do have one idea for chains twisting when we store them. Is the real problem the chain getting tangled when you take it off?? That is a whole different story. Don't laugh--this works. The secret to how to keep a chain from tangling is a simple drinking straw. Just open the necklace and thread the chain through the straw. Close the clasp at the top, and put the straw in a toiletry kit. The straw will keep the chain from moving too much and creating knots.

Nash was exceptionally helpful in helping me make changes to my order and sent me all the relevant confirmation emails I required. Would use Angara again. 4/5 stars only as I am yet to receive my order

My girlfriend was so happy with the ring I had bought her. When she opened the ring box it activated a light inside that shined on the ring showing its sparkle. Ring inscription, scented giftbag, A gift for shopping with Angara, all of these add-ons without any additional cost. The price of the ring was great value also! The customer service team have been so personal and helpful through the entire process.

Angara Australia nope it's Chinese…

Angara Australia nope it's Chinese ordered for a wedding anniversary and missed the date of delivery as it still in China should of stayed with a local Australian jeweller. Very embarrassing not having a milestone wedding anniversary present.
