I ordered a wig from you back in early February, still don’t have it yet! I saw the price if the wig on your website and it significantly cheaper that it is over here in the states! But when I went to check out, the price jumped up more than it would’ve been here! Sent an email asking why and you said conversion rate! Ok that’s fine so I told you to cancel my order and you never did! Plus you charged me $25 for shipping!!! When I tried to reach out to you for information, couldn’t get a response from you!! So if you would have told me important things about ordering from a company over seas I would’ve known! Never again!!!

I ordered and received an Ellen Wille Lovely Topper Pearl Blonde. Unfortunately It did not match the on- line description ...instead of being described as ash blonde it has reddy orangy roots. Upon opening the box i immediately saw it was totally unsuitable .... it has not been handled whatsoever. I have written to them several times but they refuse to communicate with me. I have requested an online consultation to resolve this matter to no avail.

Poor Communications
I am sorry to say that this Company does not have very good communication channels for its Customer Service. I ordered a Gabor wig some two weeks ago and received an automated acknowledgement. The product has still not arrived and I have been trying to get a telephone number to phone them to ask why I had not received my goods or had a communication to tell me of any delay. Unfortunately the company does not have a telephone only a mobile number which you can send a what’s app message. You can also send an email. I have sent the same message on each of the two comms channels but not received a reply. To not be able to contact a customer service and speak to an individual is a little bizarre. I am still awaiting contact from them as to where my product is and when I can expect delivery. I do hope perhaps there is a response from this channel with some information.

THE 'WOW' FACTOR
I like the personal approach that this company brings and I am totally thrilled with my Angelique wig. It's perfect! It was so traumatic losing my hair due to chemo but everyone loves me in the wig and I feel like me again. I wish they would put a link for a pic upload so I could show just how natural and awesome the wig looks.
