Nice wig, great quality but colour difference. In video mocha colour much darker with limited cream highlights. In reality, this wig received mainly cream with minimal brown mocha. No returns policy.

I have nothing bad to say about this company apart from never ever getting a response from any form of communication. otherwise everything else is great - good brands, good prices, and prompt delivery. It’s just good to have a consultation prior to buying and wasting money, and I’m trying very hard to organise one.

Some difficulty with communication, such as email and chat, but topper is on the way. Slow shipping delays are to blame.

Ordered a wig from this company which I love, I couldn’t get this colour anywhere else from uk suppliers so was impressed by this. Knocked off a star for communication as It wasn’t the best compared to other companies .
