Again, when I have questions about color or style, she always gets back to me. Please know that this is a small business and it may take some time but she does respond. Sometimes I think in today's world, many need everything "right now" and it just isn't feasible in many markets. Anyway, I highly recommend Kristina Young Hair Additions. The products are always top notch, which is not always the case with online shopping. And her customer service is also worthy of 5 stars.

I loved my topper from the clearance section, was exactly how described and packaged beautifully, however i have been waiting for a refund on the VAT relief since 9th May, i've checked my bank and although i have chased via email and wats app, i have had no responses at all and no refund, can this be rectified ASAP , its the customer service that seems rather lacking unfortunately which is a shame as the videos on You tube are a great asset as is the choice of products on your website

Yet again I have emailed this company regarding my dissatisfaction of my wig purchase, the customer service is terrible! I have asked to return my wig as it is not keeping its original style after washing with the appropriate products. Hopefully I will have some response soon . There is no contact number either for this company which is very frustrating!
