I ordered a Gabor Top Perfect hair topper but received Gabor Top Tier. As my original Gabor Top Tier is getting a little fuzzy, I decided to keep the Top Tier. However, this doesn’t inspire me to order again as I got the wrong topper.

Lovely wig, fast postage, thankyou

The topper did not match the colour of the photograph, it had ashy blonde highlights, rather than the reddish brown in their photograph. I sent photos as requested but to date have not received a reply or been able to return due to their non return policy. I feel the item was not as described and am disappointed as this was my first topper purchase. My advice for anyone else is to make sure that the company you buy from allows returns in their terms & conditions in case the photo does not match the colour as described in the photo and written colour description.
