I keep getting things that don't fit, last time I recieved a shirt I've already recieved in the past. I need to get that sent back. I'm probably going to cancel

Your team keeps sending me wool

Your team keeps sending me wool, leather and suede items when I'm a vegan. This is very upsetting. Edit: While your brand partners may not provide vegan only options, your stylist who picks out my box surely can exclude leather and suede items especially after I have had to return on 3 separate occasions for the same request. Every other clothing subscription box I've signed up for in the past has been able to accommodate such a simple request. I'm disappointed that the subscription I pay $500/per box isn't able to.

Some great, some not so much

I am seeing products that I would not have selected for myself. Sometimes that is good, sometimes that is not so good. I have not had the need to return anything even thought it is not perfect. It is very good to receive an item or two that is outside your experience level or comfort zone.

No communication, very poor exchange help

Several items either did not fit or were not suitable for me. I set up and sent an exchange but have not heard anything since the items were given to UPS on August 16. It's been over 20 days. I will cancel my subscription before I am charged with another box.

Mostly a hit

I like that I have a number of items I wouldn’t have bought but ended up liking a lot. What I didn’t like is a clunky website, being sent the exact same item in the following shipment (happened twice). Support has been great about it.

Improved my style!

I love the clothes I received. The quality is great and the stylist makes me stretch my boundaries with my wardrobe. The fit of some of the shirts have been a bit smaller than expected but still liked the value I received for my money.

I really like the concept But so far…

I really like the concept But so far the styles are similar to Stitchfix (maybe they are better if you get the higher priced subscription). You also don't get to see what you're getting ahead of time which would be helpful because if you want to exchange the item you have to wait until you receive it. And the exchange will cost you if you don't want it separate than your next shipment. For $190 at the end of the day it's pricey and not as user friendly as Stitchfix.

Lack of attention to profile requests

The products are good, but the stylist didn’t seem to pay attention or note the things I requested in my profile. The clothing fit types and clothes sent didn’t match my style or requests. This happened previously and why I left the service. I am going to give it one more go and then move on to other services.
