This company is terrible. Do not be fooled by their instagram ads. They have nice looking clothes in the ads. The box you get are cheap clothing you are going to hate. The customer service is even worse. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. please read all reviews before buying. They are TERRIBLE!

Everyone is very responsive. Handled my exchange without any issue and promptly provided a replacement item that exceeded my expectations.

Got my first box with items I did not ask for. Despite talking to a stylist and mentioning what I'm not looking for, I was sent those items. It seems that my profile was not looked at. I exchanged it, and the new items felt like they were just put in the box to avoid what I did not ask for. They seemed to have not been styled together. It's disappointing because I got the highest tier (500/month). After reading the reviews here, this seems to be a more common occurrence.

Seemed like I was getting mass email vs emails as VIP member. Didn't feel like someone was available to email/discuss my style, choices, or options. I did like the quality/style/selection of the items, but I don't think I was getting the best experience for the amount I was paying.

I will start by saying that my stylist has great taste. Not only great taste, but also sent me my correct shoe size and clothing. Everything fit perfectly! I was amazed on how right they got it! I usually don't take time to put in a review, but I had to for this particular company. What an amazing company. All you have to do as a consumer is answer some questions and get ready to be surprised. In my experience, you won't be disappointed. Don't take my word for it, just try them.
