I tried Stately for 3 months NOT WORTH IT!

I tried Stately for 3 months, and on the final month I told them I wasn't expecting and did not want another box. They were completely unwilling to let me just return the unwanted box even if I paid shipping. The company overall isn't worth the headache or price. The clothes are not as good as StitchFix and the styles they send are not current. Stitchfix also has a great App and Stately takes way too long to reply to concerns or issues. And the worst part is when you need to exchange something if they let you. You have to wait for the company to send you a shipping label. Stitch fix sends the return shipping bag with label. I went through several exchanges on my last box and ended up just keeping the last items they sent because I was so tired of the back and forth. I do not recommend using this company.

Misleading marketing campaign

large marketing campaign about how you get $1000 of new gear for signing up, I looked really hard for terms and conditions and couldn't find it anywhere stating how it would be paid 1. The $1000 is only if you sign up for the top range 2. They give you up to $200 in each of your first 5 boxes Both are fine I guess but if you have caveats to a deal it's dishonest to not clearly publicize it, the first time I heard about it was because I asked as it didn't feel like there was that value of products in the box

This company is a scam - AVOID AT ALL COST

This company is a complete scam. Do not consider. Website that doesn’t work, forced subscription, difficult cancellation, clothes that came were mismatched, not according to the brief and not worth even a fraction of the price. Customer service is uninterested to help, only works to force down one last box down your throat. Biggest mistake I’ve made in hope that they provide value for (significant) money that they charge.

Is this a scam?

Submitted pictures on my style profile ✅ Filled out out my profile ✅ Had my consultant call✅ Got my first Box✅ Clothes are out of season and not even close to to what we talked about ✅. Said no to short sleeve button down and was sent one that couldn't be exchanged ✅ Sent a suite with and elastic waist band✅ Is this a scam seems like they pay for good reviews with their influencer program and the use the boxes to send out clearance rack items.

I reluctantly used this service

I reluctantly used this service. The clothes they sent me were all Fall Colors. I received the package in April. I could have found all of these clothes on clearance at Marshall’s. I’m picky to begin with and decided just to cancel but they quickly pointed out that is not their policy. I just wanted to move on but still will not budge on “their policy”. I get it but why go through this aggravation.

Eh..

Ordered this for my husband, and he did like some items. But, returns and exchanges are too time consuming. He did get shoes and jackets that weren't exactly his style, but I started with the box that always sends shoes and jackets. After getting a couple of boxes, he has extra clothes that he never remembered to return and two matching shirts from different brands in only slightly different shades of blue. We've cancelled it.

Service did not deliver

Unfortunately my experience is that the "stylist" missed the mark by a mile for several deliveries before I decided to cancel the service - it certainly did not "elevate my everyday look." I tried this service because I wanted to save time and still be able to add to and update my wardrobe. It really doesn't seem like there was any attention paid to the style guidelines I set from color to pattern to the types of items that were sent to me. I had items in the first two orders that were items I specifically expressed no interest in (for example shoes and belts) that were also virtually identical - why would anyone think it appropriate to send two pairs of white sneakers or two brown belts in back to back orders? The last shipment was so off the mark I sent everything back and the replacement items were not satisfactory for the exact same reasons I indicated in the return process. I do not recommend this service. response to the following Reply from Stately Men Inc. A day ago (4-22-24, two weeks after review posted here) We're sorry to hear about your experience. We've requested additional information from you to further assist in this matter. We look forward to hearing back from you soon! Response: This is a pro-forma reply and does not reflect my customer experience. I told you before what needed to be done and it was ignored; I finally cancelled my plan as previously noted in this review. I have had several email and phone exchanges from Stately so this response to my review is disingenuous and only damage control and is too little, too late. I was unable to return items that did not match my style request after returning the previous delivery with clear details and comments on what had been going wrong with the most recent, and with previous orders. I was sent equally poor choice with colors, items, and styles that were completely opposite of all of the feedback and indications I gave. It is clear your service does not care about the feedback from its customers which is why I am no longer a customer and why I recommend []people stay away from this subpar service. I am not interested in platitudes and insincere responses from Stately. In fact, I am only spending this time responding to Stately's "response" to this review so it is not taken down and there is some place for people to go to avoid the wasted time and money I experienced.

This is a sham!

This was incredibly disappointing. Their mode is sending you a few items that are available for exchange and a bunch of crap that is not. I asked for no shoes and shoes were sent. I got stuff in the wrong size that cannot be returned. A couple of the shirts did not fit or were of poor quality, but of course, they were the ones not available for exchange. I am sending the shoes back, but the belt is not available for exchange, even though the belt matches the shoes I am returning. And the belt was a size 38 and I am a 36. I can wear it, but why send me the wrong size? I can wear an XL also, but I prefer a large. This is a sham!

Keeps Getting Better

I've tried all these services and Stately has been the best by far. I've gotten multiple boxes from them now and I love how each box meshes so well with each other. I leave notes for my stylist on what I need clothes for and they've made my boxes better each time. Highly recommend.

Cheap clothing, poor customer service...fraudulent charges

After two consecutive disappointing deliveries, I decided to cancel the service. However, today I noticed a charge on my credit card for another month’s service. When I contacted the company, they insisted that I hadn’t canceled and refused to halt the order fulfillment. The quality of their clothing is subpar, and although I took a risk, once I stopped the service, they should have discontinued it and refrained from further charges. Now, I’ll have to dispute the charge because their IT department claims they found no record of cancellation within minutes. The company should do the right thing and stop charging my card.
