Good, but only one or two brands
The selections are good but it always the same brands. Not a lot of variety. I think once or twice a year would be a good time frame. Clearly there is only one or two brands that they work with.

Stately is amazing
Stately is amazing. The first box like any other company was what I call our trial box as it helped fix any issues in sizes and style for future boxes. By box 2, Stately and my stylist had my clothes down to exactly what I like and would buy if I went shopping. They save me so much time not having to shop. Anytime I’ve sent an email or asked a question, they respond quickly and with such great customer service. (August) This recent box; one of the items (1/6 items) was a size way too big (you can tell it was by complete accident)as all the other 6 items were perfect just like my other boxes in size and style. (Accidents happen, we’re human). I emailed Stately Concierge and they quickly fixed the situation, and are sending me the correct size and threw in some extra love for the mishap. Talk about amazing accountability and amazing customer service. They are absolutely wonderful. Their stylist are wonderful and understanding in trying to find your style. My stylist has me getting “attention” in ways I haven’t before. I am glad to have found Stately. I always get compliments when I wear there clothes. Keep up the great work Stately. Thank you.

I've received numerous boxes from Stately now. The contents continue to impress with each new arrival. I've also had the pleasure of working with the Stately customer support team in the rare occasion I needed an exchange for size and also the one time I received an item that simply wasn't quite my style. Each interaction with the Stately staff was timely and professional. All of my questions were always answered to their entirety and they always ensure to meet their customers satisfaction. It has been a pleasure doing business with this company. I have received everything that I have asked for which includes style and fitment. If there was ever an issue, it was addressed immediately.
So...I started with high hopes.
So...I started with high hopes. Got my first box. Couple things I didn't like and they exchanged right away. I had originally selected a "blue colored" box, but got one that was "green colored", as in all the clothing was green-ish. Got my second box and somehow they put in clothes in sizes that didn't fit. I'm an XL to XXL and they put in Large clothes. Not sure how the stylist missed the size, but that's kind of a biggie. Sent back a couple of times with size issues and they still sent me the wrong sized clothes. I ended up cancelling my account. I'd give them a 2 to 2.5 rating. I got a few interesting pieces that I generally wouldn't purchase, but as far as the personal stylist, they couldn't get my size correct, even though I clearly input my size, plus put my preferences.
