Order arrived a few days late but thats not a significant thing or issue to be fair. Everything else was exactly as advertised and we are happy with the overall service and quality. Thanks

Started off terrible, now, one of the best customer experiences I've ever had!

I was very excited to receive the order. It started great, as they contacted me to clarify a few things before putting together the outfit. When the package came, it was wet and smelled a little like mold. As I am an anxious person, it was quite an unpleasant situation and I was mad, really mad (not necessarily at Stately, as it was probably the carrier's fault) for the situation! I emailed Stately immediately, and even quicker, they responded asking for pictures, they asked me to keep my current, damaged, box with all the items, but they'd send (free of charge) a new box, and even would send some different items, as on the one that had arrived there were a couple of pieces I didn't really like. Even so, they asked me to keep everything and now, I'm just waiting for the replacement box. Can't wait! Alexis helped me all the way through, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. When I got the box, I was determined to cancel the subscription and even ask for my money back for that first order. Now, I'm determined to keep them, as the clothes are of great quality, well packaged and the customer service is flawless! Definitely recommend them!

This company has the best customer service and prompt communication! Their stylists listen to feedback and select excellent clothing. If I ever have a problem, they go above and beyond to make things right.

Most recent box was extremely true to my brand and all fit perfectly. Wonderful value and bonuses within the box, which made me smile all while trying the pieces on. Well done!

So wonderful to have someone that knows…

So wonderful to have someone that knows what they're doing pick out my clothes. I like how what comes with each shipment goes together with the previous shipment. Everything is high quality. I get outfits just a smidge out of my comfort zone, I put them on and the family is, "You look fantastic!" I'm a bug guy and these clothes fit well and make me look thinner! It must be the cut and the fabric. I'm grateful to not be standing in a store agonizing over choices.

If I could give it a lower score I would. The clothes are not good quality and they send you whatever they want- regardless of what you tell them you want. Customer service is awful and you have no option to return if you don’t like something. Don’t waste your money!

Very very difficult to cancel

Very very difficult to cancel. Took months to get them to stop billing because my account was not set up correctly online and there’s no actual person to call and get help.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Buyer be aware. I decided to give this company a chance after all of the facebook ads. My order arrived and there were a lot of returns due to sizing issues. It happens. I returned the items for an exchange, modifying the sizes. They resent the items with some of the original sizes. Due to lack of phone access on their part, I was not able to discuss this with them other then via email chain. They tried telling me they sent the correct sizes until i took pictures and sent them to them. I sent the items back. They resent more items then returned. So I explained to them again via email that they messed up the order again. They ended up sending A duplicate shirt after that return. I decided that they were completely clueless. Canceled my subscription. What a joke. Either they are too busy or just don’t care. Either way they won’t be around long especially with their pricing. Don’t get me wrong, if the customer service was good, I still might be with them. However, that was not the case. Highly disappointed.

Buyer Beware: Suspect styling and policies

The first few boxes I received were decent, but then the style matching became more mismatched. For example, I was seeking business attire and received a box that included 2 pairs of shorts and a short sleeve. Not one piece was business attire and I exchanged the entire box; again receiving no business attire and a pair of shoes so ugly I couldn't even donate them to good will. I cancelled my subscription on June 12 and then received notification on July 4th that my next box would be here soon. Wondering why I was getting a new box since I cancelled, I reached out to Stately and provided confirmation of cancellation. Then I was told, I missed the cancellation window and that no refunds would be made. So, apparently 3 weeks is not enough time to cancel a subscription (electronically)....but they confirmed it will be cancelled after this (and after they get one last payment).
