More hassle than it's worth
They first round was truly awful. I gave them suggestions on what I'd wear and they were way off base. I sent it back and they sent me a second set, accept for some items that can't be returned. The second box was better but they sent me a belt that was two sizes too big and a pair of pants that were about three sizes too big. They won't let you return items a second time unless you pay for it. I'm not sure how items sent in the wrong size warrants me paying to send it back. The simple solution is not to use them.

After having just received my first Stately Men personalized selection of clothing, I am deeply impressed. I adored everything they selected for me. I have never felt so good about my appearance as I did looking in the mirror wearing the shirts and pants they selected. I look forward to wearing my new clothing when out and about. I had one item I needed to exchange. Although the label indicated the correct pant size, they were too large. Going back to their web site to initiate an exchange, they may it very simple in just a few clicks. I look forward to a continued business relationship with Stately. Update: Any return after the initial one requires the customer to pay for shipping. One pair of slacks in the initial order was too large, even though it matched my size. They second month, they sent the same style of pants once again, and again too large.

Listen to the 1-star reviews!! No refunds. Im having to go through my CC company. GET CONFIRMATION of cancellation. Its a game they play. You only thought you cancelled. The day after processing your payment, they will not cancel the order or issue a refund. I have yet to talk with a stylist. Gone are the days of Trunk Club and great customer service and a stylist you can email and discuss. I have yet to receive a shirt that fits me. The shoes are cheap, the quality is poor. I get better clothes and better quality through StichFix. Customer service will do nothing to help you. Oh, and you pay, then wait 2 weeks for them to process your order and ship. Plenty of time to cancel. Nope, not happening. I miss trunk club

It’s great to work with statelymen. They’re easy to work with. Packages are on time and the stylist have matched my preferences really well. It’s always great to get more stuff from them. They’ve also listened to my thoughts as I personalized even more the style I prefer. I recommend them and think it’s a great way to receive clothes and more!

I wish I could give zero stars. To keep it short, they -will- keep billing you after you cancel. Please, for your sake, use another company. If you are already using them and cancel, email for confirmation and keep some sort of proof, their online cancelation form will not automatically generate it.
Stylish clothes that fit great!
When I first signed up with Stately, I was skeptical about how good their fashion sense was, but boy was I wrong. I have loved each box they have sent me. The combination of colors and styles has been great. I also love how the clothes fit me. The pants are not too tight and cut too short like a lot of the new modern cuts. Keep up the great work, team Stately!
Wrong sizes and no customer service
Ordered the presidential box thinking that a conversation with the stylist would be beneficial. The box came and half of the items were the wrong size. It wasn’t that they didn’t fit, they were the wrong sizes as if they completely disregarded my profile and the conversation with the stylist. Customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and don’t use them.

75% of their money is spent on marketing, 20% on ordering cheap clothes AFTER you place your order, 5% on the poor clothes themselves, and 0% on customer service. An online clothing retailer not allowing returns should immediately reflect the quality and trust they have in their products. Other companies like Stich Fix base their successful model on exchanging clothes back and forth to ensure satisfaction. Stately is an actual SCAM.
I have no style at all
I have no style at all. If fact I wear sweat pants most of the time and work construction. I just received my 1st box from Stately and I am very impressed with the clothes and style that was picked out for me. Highly recommend Stately and I will continue to use them.

Curated in California for no one else outside California. I was trying to find a replacement service for the Nordstrom one that was discontinued. I thought I would try Stately but it's awful. The company will send you poorly styled clothing and then make it really really difficult to return. The first box I received was clearly not meant for someone living outside a 1 mi radius of the Stately office. I live in New England and the selections were not only poor choices for the weather but not even close to the local style here. What's worse the one or two shirts I did keep pilled up after 1 wash. So they're sending poorly made stuff styled for people other than me. Connecting with the company is also an unfortunate experience. Nothing is done synchronously nor with any empathy. I'm still battling them over email to try to get them to stop sending me stuff. This company is setup for one thing only: to make Stately money through trickery of fine print and terrible style. It's so easy to find another option. Just avoid this one and save yourself the hassle.
