Brilliant experience dealing with Jones Whyte for Conveyancing, Wills and POA. We have used several solicitors over the years for both conveyancing and wills. The former process has always been onerous and seemingly archaic, doesn't matter where you go. Despite the process itself, our main point of contact Simon Donaldson was responsive and helpful, particularly in the closing stages. However our experience of wills and POA was night and day compared with previous. Our main point of contact Gregg McGeoch couldn't have been more helpful. To the point working with Gregg identified shortcomings in our previous will, including some unintended consequences of how our wishes has been translated. The majority of interaction was via WhatsApp too. Incredibly helpful working around busy schedules.
