Initially I found them really helpful as I had no idea on how to sell a property in trust. As time went on it seemed to become harder to get hold of people and calls/ e mails often weren't returned . As the company is in Scotland it was not possible to attend the offices so reliant on Internet communication. On the whole a professional company but being so far away I would not use them again for that reason.
