Used for Family law, service was very poor and costs ran over 10k pounds and after 11 months of getting nowhere fast, I got rid of the solicitor and I am representing myself now. Took more than a month to get my file sent by the company despite my bill being paid in full on service concluding. Solicitor on engagement did not make aware of the situation and if informed properly from the start I would have done things so differently. It was six months after engaging him before I even got to the court doors.
