I have been pursuing a hearing loss claim with the representation of Jones Whyte. I was kept up to speed by the company at every step of the process and finally dealing with my ex-employers on my behalf and getting me what I deserved. I can only say that without the help of the team at Jones Whyte I would probably have given up on pursuing my claim. I was advised by JW Senior solicitor Matthew McCabe and his assistant Morna, their guidance, knowledge and experience helped me conclude an amicable outcome. I relied heavily on them, especially when it came to the legal side of things, so a big thank you to them.
