I went to Surge Bikes with a view of looking into upgrading my e-bike. I had good communication from Matt prior to my visit and he was very knowledgeable about the recommendations that would suit my needs. A number of bikes were available for me to try. Having decided I wanted to purchase a e-cargo bike as a car replacement for my wife & myself to share; we were provided advice on options based on our intended needs with ‘no pressure’ to buy. Importantly, we were advised to both test ride various demo models to check suitability. My wife wasn’t initially as confident as I was, but never felt under any pressure. In fact, we were encouraged to wait for a slightly smaller model to tryout - which we did, and was absolutely the right choice for both of us…. the specification knowledge and personal ride-experience provided by the demonstrator at Surge Bikes was excellent and really helped us to make an informed decision about a important ‘life-changing’ purchase.
