I approached Surge bikes to buy my E'mtb because of their reviews, even though they were nowhere near my location. I wasn't dissappointed, I can honestly say Matt and his team rank among the top 5% of any company I have ever dealt with. Communication ( most important to many) was second to none, even responding to emails out of hours. What they say they do. Absolutely 1st class service and well deserving of a 5 star review.

Bought an ebike from this company and would recommend them. They listen to what you want and select the appropriate bikes to try. I live quite near them and was able to visit and try them out in the yard. This gave me a lot more confidence in purchasing the correct bike for me. They are not pushy, but knowledgeable about their products. The accessory deal is brilliant too. Very happy with my bike.

I bought a bike through Surge Bikes recently, and from the first email enquiry to delivery I received excellent service from Matt and his team. I was having trouble sourcing the bike I wanted, and when I made my initial enquiry via the Surge website I wasn’t too hopeful, but Matt replied in a very short time to let me know he had exactly what I wanted, and that delivery was free too ! My bike arrived well packaged and secure, and only needed the handlebars fitting. I’ve covered a few hundred miles now, and not a single problem with the bike, I’m totally happy with my purchase. From reading other reviews I knew I was in safe hands, I couldn’t recommend Surge highly enough. It’s simple really, tell Matt what you want, pay for it, wait for doorbell to ring ! Mike.

Brilliant. Knows the ebike market very well. Answered so many of our questions with no difficulties. We purchased 2 Tern ebikes via the telephone and their website to place the order. Arrived via logistics lorry company to kirb side. Both bikes re-packaged in their own boxes and black plastic wrapping all round. Securely strapped to a crate. Took bikes out of boxes at kirbside and whilst strapped to crate. Once we had bought the bikes into the property we began to unwrap the bubble wrapping. The frame and components were wrapped so well that it took ages to carefully take it off. The attention to bubble wrap the bikes so well went beyond what we expected. Surge prepare as much off the bike as possible before delivery. All batteries are programmed to the bikes and fitted. Any questions, they were happy to deal with no matter how small. I would recommend Surge purely because when the bikes arrived their attention to making sure the order was received in the best condition was the best we have ever experienced. There delivery information and updates were spot on.
