Excellent customer service! Matt kept me up to date with the Brexit shipping delays for my order. Once my bike had arrived the pickup time was quickly arranged and pickup was very smooth and straightforward. The bike build was solid from the shop. Excellent workshop service.

My experience with surge bikes was superb from start to finish. Taking into account supply challanges through covid. Matt from surge went over and above to help me with excellent advice and multiple options to get my first bike in 5 years. Oh and it was cheaper than anywhere else too. I will definitely come back.

A big thank you to Matt and the team at Surge Bikes. After looking at the Website for some time,I decided to purchase a Merida eBig Nine 400. All I can say is (what a bike ) which you need living in Cornwall. At 63, my first new bike since a teenager. With the added bonus of the Surge Boost package. The bike came with-in a couple of days covered in bubble wrap on a pallet. I had to change a few items of clothing ( little on the small size) which was change with no problem. Many Thanks again.

After some time of searching for my first EMTB I came across Surge Bikes purely by chance but am very glad that I did. My initial enquiry received a very prompt response, Matt obviously knows his stuff and asked me a number of questions to ensure that I was buying the right bike, he clearly didn't want to sell me the wrong bike! A few days later the other Matt delivered the bike to my home in Kent and ensured the bike was set up correctly for me before he left. I went to Surge Bikes after spending a fair amount of time online trying to work out what would be right for me. Although I already have standard road and mountain bikes, I felt ill equipped to make an informed decision on an e-bike. The guys at Surge Bikes couldn't have been more helpful. They spent time listening to what I wanted the bike to do and made great recommendations. I contacted Surge Bikes as I already owned an Orbea Gain D40 and wished to upgrade to a carbon-framed Gain M30. Matt showed me a M30 that had been sold but he allowed me to inspect it. My having decided it was the bike for me Matt took me through the customising and ordering process without applying any pressure on me to buy. Matt recommended the carbon wheels upgrade and I am glad that I followed his advice. Communication throughout the ordering and delivery period was excellent with Matt sending me regular updates on the progress of the bike from Spain to UK. When I went to Surge Bikes to pick up the bike it was there, fully assembled, adjusted and ready to ride way. In summary the experience of ordering, supply and delivery was faultless and I have no hesitation in recommending Surge to anyone if they are considering buying an ebike. My Orbea Gain M30, by the way, is also brilliant, I'm so pleased that I have it!

My first proper MTB E-bike and it’s amazing. Worth the travel from Yorkshire to pick it up. The only place in the entire UK to just have the mystery bike I wanted/needed for the right price. Top notch, will definitely consider these guys again for the next purchase.
