I have bought 2 bikes from Surge, one last year for myself and another recently for my husband. On both occasions Matt at Surge Bikes was incredibly helpful advising on the appropriate bike in my price bracket. He spent time going through the pros and cons of different makes and options. I bought a Forme and a Merida bike. He then arranged packaging and shipping to Jersey within 2 weeks of ordering. Removed VAT for export. The bike arrived on a Pallet and well wrapped. I only needed to add pedals. Very slick, friendly, honest and reliable service. Highly recommended

We received great service from Matt at Surge Bikes. We visited to have a look at replacing our 8 year old e-bikes. Matt took the time to explain the pros and cons of various bikes and allowed to test ride several of them. We were there for about 2 hours and not once were we pressured to make a purchase. We did eventually order 2 bikes which when combined with the “Surge Boost” were great value. We collected the bikes 4 weeks later and they were very well packaged for us to store in our motorhome. Well done Surge Bikes.

Came across Surge Bikes by accident and so glad I did. Matt and his team were really helpful when I was looking to get an eMTB and talked through the different options explaining the pros and cons. Finally went for an Orbea Rise. The promised delivery date came and went by Matt kept me informed of the progress. When the bike was ready and I went to pick it up, the handover process was very thorough. So glad I found Surge bikes and the service offered has been excellent. And the Orbea Rise has been a whole lot of fun as well!

Matt and his team were fantastic and have a great set up. We got to try out the bike we wanted and it was promptly delivered all at a great price point. Communication and help over email also very good. Great service and will definitely be ordering bikes from there again in future.

Superb communiction on delivery, well set up and a very good experience. I have high expecations of service and for a premium purchase like an E-MTB, Matt and his team exceeded my expectations. My brother also bought from here with equal satisfaction and I will be going back shortly for a bike for my wife. The Surge Boost was a real winner too.

I was not sure about going e bike so visited Surge a couple of times to chat . I decided on a Merida e Scultura. Great choice, great advice and service.
