Easily the worst experience I have ever had with booking anything in my life. I never leave reviews, but what I went through because of coach hire should serve as a warning to others. Before my journey, I gathered payment from 35 people for a specific coach that I was guaranteed I would be able to book. I later found out not once, but twice, that the coach I was transferring payment for has either been booked by a third party, or never actually existed. On both occasions, I had to deal with patronising and rude customer service and was often asked to hold for very long periods of time. Sometimes, no one would answer my call. However, the real issue came when my group was due to return from the welsh countryside. Having arranged the pick up time and spot with the previous driver, no one showed up for THREE HOURS. Not only did the driver not show up, but no one was picking up the phone at Coach Hire for 2 hours, and my driver kept rejecting my phone calls. After getting through to Coach Hire, I was told that they had no idea what was going on and that they couldn't get through to the depot. When I asked what I should do in this situation, waiting in a field with 35 people who have just spent the weekend at a festival, I was met with a spectacularly helpful answer- 'I don't know'. Eventually, I got a phone call that they sent out a different driver. No one was aware of this, even though the driver would have departed approximately 6 hours before meeting us. Additionally, another Coach Hire operator tried to inform me that the driver was just stuck in traffic- referring to the driver that drove us down, but actually never set off to pick us up. Basically, it was a complete lie. After locating the new driver, who was given an incomplete post code and was driving around the local town in circles, I was offered no money back and continued to deal with rude customer service when I tried to relay my experience to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! A complete joke.

We travelled as a club to Manchester then onto Blackpool via coach hire! We had an amazing experience. Bus seated everyone comfortably and the drivers were very professional and friendly to our group! Highly recommend this service
