I booked over the phone and experienced great customer service, and was helped all the way with booking my coach. I used coach hire to take my family to Hopton holiday village, from moment we were picked up our driver was helpful and kind. Which made our holiday so much easier as we had a few small children with us. I'm going away again in March and will definitely book again thank you . Chrissy griffiths

As Coordinator of Artists First, a group of Disabled artists with learning difficulties I have experience many levels of service from transport companies over the years, from good to dreadful. I can honestly say from my first email to all my phone calls to the actual day of travel, Coach Hire have been superb. Everything they said they would do they did, with the minimum of fuss, the booking procedures were simple and straight forward and the executive coach they supplied was well above our expectations. Nino our driver was a total professional, good humoured, courteous he got us up to and through London with real skill. We arrived on time and departed on time, relaxed and happy. All at a price I could not fault. It's a pleasure to write this review on behalf of Artists First, you made a special day for us even better. I raised a complaint in September which still hasn't been resolved and my communication is being ignored.

The telephone booking procedure was a little chaotic as they had some staff turnover issues, but always helpful and accommodating when I had to make some changes. The drivers were great, arrived in plenty of time and were helpful and friendly, and in nice new clean coaches. Great service would reccomend and use again

Having allowed 1hr 30mins for a 45 minute drive, the driver arrived late to pick up the groom's mother. He didn't know where he was going, proceeded to drive in the wrong direction and upon arrival in the vicinity of the Church blindly followed his sat nav round the block twice before finally reaching the church half an hour late, bearing in mind I had emailed ahead of the day to confirm the street names and numbers as the postcodes had pulled up the incorrect addresses on the booking. Due to his poor English, it was impossible to communicate with him successfully to give directions. On arrival at the Church he then did not follow instructions and it took many attempts to move the bus from the Church entrance to allow the bridal car to pull up. He did not remain with the vehicle as the driver of our other coach (different company did) tried to come in to the Church ahead of the bride and interrupted the cake reception. A terrible experience which ruined the start of our wedding day for the groom's mother and ourselves.

I hired a 10-14 seater coach to ferry my family from London up the M1 to my wedding in Buckinghamshire and back the next day. Shaun from Coach Hire was very helpful on the phone, and gave me an instant quote, as well as information on proceedings on the day. Great value, and dependable service - my family were very impressed with the care and safety the drivers took while on the road. I have no hesitation in recommending CoachHire.

This was the first time we used Coach Hire. Indeed it was the first time our little group had organised a trip out to the West End. We were a party of "Golden Oldies" going to a special night out at the London Palladium and one or two of us were going to have difficulty coping with steps, stairs etc. Our mini-coach turned up a few minutes before time but we were ready and soon on our way. Competently driven, a sensible straightforward route to our destination, and clear arrangement for how we would meet again in the busy scramble when theatre-land emptied onto the busy London streets. Safe and comfortable ride home. What more could you ask for .. and on top of that the driver was very pleasant and considerate. This was our "trial run" - would not hesitate to use this service again.
