tallboy cabinet arrived well packaged fully assembled. All handles, screws etc present plus spare screws. Polite delivery sevice, rang 30 minutes before arrival. Looks brilliant standing in my bathroom, love the 'soft close' feature. Excellent value for money, well satisfied.

BOUGHT A WHITE TALLBOY TO FIT IN THE CORNER OF MY SHOWER ROOM. GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WAS EXPECTING, GOOD QUALITY, ARRIVED IN PERFECT CONDITION DUE TO THE LARGE CRATE IT WAS PACKAGED IN AND LOADS OF BUBBLE WRAP. HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE HANDLES. A QUICK PHONE CALL AND A REPLACEMENT WAS SENT, NO PROBLEM. THE LADY I SPOKE TO WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND 4 BATHROOMS.

good service but installation instructions were a bit vague

Vanity unit arrived on time but was damaged in transit. Called up the company and emailed pics of damaged unit. Unit was replaced the following day. Good quality merchandise. very happy.

We purchased a white tallboy for our cloakroom, the service we had was excellent and quick and when the courier rang to see when to deliever we ask for the next day as we were due to go on holiday and there was no problem, the delievery guy was friendly and the whole experience for shopping with 4bathrooms was very good indeed, we would recommend them.

Very disappointed with the service, I did speak to Annette and Matt (who I was later told never worked there) who were very helpful. Other members of staff were not so helpful and with both ordering and returning my items due to them being both damaged and the incorrect items. In my opinion not the best company, but make your own judgement.

I ordered a bathroom sink complete with cupboard, back to the wall toilet and a concealed cistern. I had forgotten to order a tap that I needed and they added it to the order with no extra p&p. Got a phone call a couple of days later to ask when I would like it to be delivered. It was less than a week later and a bank holiday was included in that time. The delivery driver was very pleasant and dropped the pallet where we wanted it. Everything was wrapped very well so no damage to any of the goods, and all this was at a third of the cost of other well known DIY stores I would recommend them to anyone needing a new bathroom. 5 star service Sue C

Ordered a vanity unit on Saturday expecting my order to be processedon Monday. Instead the unit arrived on my door step Monday lunchtime-superb service. The unit is well made and except for having to cut a section out of the back to accomodate the waste pipe was easy to fit. It looks great and I am very pleased indeed.
