Easy to deal with
Jess was great to deal with regarding my request to refund excess account credit to my bank account. Jess explained that I couldn't withdraw any Australian Government rebate money that formed part of my account credit. I was offered a refund for a slightly reduced amount and the ability pause direct debit for a while so I could use up the account credit that was still there. This was well explained and a great suggestion for me so I went along with it.

AVOID - Very sneaky company
Terrible customer service, They charge you more than what they advertise and then tell you it your problem and they do not care at all. They actually recommend you find a cheaper rate at a different retailer. SO take their own advise and DO NOT use OVO ENERGY and find a cheaper or better customer service retailer. You have been warned now its your own fault if you use them
Horrific Communication
Literally impossible to get into contact with them. I have called several times across a regular business day but told it was 'outside of hours', tried online chat no response, sent emails and no communication. Will be cancelling as soon as I can actually get onto someone. Absolute joke.
