Ovo Energy are impossible to contact

Ovo Energy are impossible to contact. So sick of this company who are quick to take the direct debit amount from my account but never available to discuss power needs. I have been in credit since I transferred to them and the credit keeps growing. Would never recommend this company. I would give zero stars if possible.

We were in credit to OVO when we closed…

We were in credit to OVO when we closed the account. Instead of refunding the $120 in credit they kept it all and took out another $66. In spite of repeated requests for a justification and final bill we have received nothing. Don’t deal with OVO

If you value your consumer rights - STRAY FROM OVO

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with OVO Energy. Their customer service is abysmal – I've found it nearly impossible to reach them when I needed assistance. Even when I did manage to get through, the support was lackluster at best. What's more concerning is their failure to provide accurate information as per the regulations set by the Australian Energy Regulator and the Water and Energy Ombudsman. It's as if they have no regard for following the rules that are in place to protect consumers like me. My interactions with OVO Energy have been nothing short of a complete letdown. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly advise against choosing them as your energy provider. They've left me not just disappointed, but genuinely disgusted with their service.

OVO energy direct debited my account…

OVO energy direct debited my account and cannot tell me what for. Their customer help line is always unable to answer due to unexpected number of calls everyday. My OVO energy account does not open and no link for a forgotten password has been spent despite repeated attempts. I emailed their help support and the only replies I have received have asked me to tell them which accounts I have with OVO. That was what I was asking them. What am I paying for even when I gave them the account numbers they put on my bank statement. Avoid OVO energy.

Disgraceful customer service

I closed my account 3 months ago. At the time it was $675 in credit. I'm still waiting for my money to refunded. Ovo are near impossible to contact and seem to have no interest in issuing my refund. Still waiting.

minus 10 ...this company caused me so…

minus 10 ...this company caused me so much hassel & stress, do not touch them with a barge pole 1) No phone service just endless loop say they will get back to you 2) Don't Reply to E mails 3) Advertise one thing then get you to agree , then bump your Direct debit up 33% even after solar was installed & can see the production. 4) Now having a go round with the Bank over a direct debit. What a Shambles Man they sure need to get their whole approach sorted or else sell used cars.

They don't even deserve one star. I simply requested some pre-sales information by email and repeatedly received "we're sorry we can't respond right now and will get back to you soon" type answers, not just automated but also from real OVO employees (so far 3 and counting)..... if that's how they respond to a sales question, imagine how pathetic real support must be ... no way in hell I'd sign up to these clowns.

Jed helped me with everything I needed…

Jed helped me with everything I needed and was very kind as I was worried that I would not have power. He allayed my fears and within 24 hours of my application I had power so a big thank you for OVO Energy doing such a great job. The lady who gave me a quote on 25th July also did a great job and I appreciate it. Catherine

Oliver promptly got me on the right…

Oliver promptly got me on the right plan. Disconnected the direct debit and processed my outstanding amount. Was very understanding when the funds were not in my acct. And when I had discovered that contacted me to update my card details and process the payment. Thank you
