Non Responsive Supplier

I signed on to OVO last Wed via an agent. I was not asked for an estimated consumption and the monthly direct debit is much too low.e I sent an email on Thurs last week telling OVO this and have heard no reply. Rang again this morning which was a waste of time.

Confusing and contradictory information

I signed up recently through the Victorian compare energy website. (VCE) The rates are supposed to be FIXED for a year. however,the pds advises that the rates can be varied. I wasn’t put on the same plan advertised on the VCE.- OVO479496MR Do they have anyone manning the phones ? Although I’ve sent emails,they take an age to respond.

OVO website isnt working

OVO website isnt working - takes details, but doesnt progress to quote... How can you switch to them. Im trying to get a house connected. In response to OVO's response - Brisbane 4069 is a pretty large area in a city centre. Seems unfortunate they dont service major centres like Brisbane. Happy to discuss - if there was a way to contact them.

A real game changer on how energy…

A real game changer on how energy should be paid. With their smoothing billing method, I have a fixed month charge for my energy every month! No more sudden surge in energy bills! I like this idea and I like their service. It will be even better if they can provide mobile phone app to monitor the bills (currently only via their web site).

Unable to contact anyone regarding switching to ovo. Terrible service, all call backs full non existent. Calling the number provided goes only to a sad sounding recording.

Great support, well functioning website, and good deals

After dealing with a another company who made a serious mistake and caused a lot of stress these people were a relief! Their support is fantastic and far quicker to get back to you and I got a great deal on electricity. Also make sure to check the breakdown of their fees (it's the PDF the government regulates). These guys have little in terms of fees which is great!
