Lauren was able to resolve my question.

Lauren was able to resolve my question within a few minutes - and on a Sunday! I lodged my query a few days earlier but due to the recent government activity around energy pricing and rebates OVO had been inundated with queries. Once my turn arrived, Lauren resolved it without hassle or further questions.

I've just changed over from Energy…

I've just changed over from Energy Australia to OVO and I find the customer service exemplary. I know the main importance is to receive a better tariff but so is customer service. I was let down terribly by Energy Australia, with admin errors and taking weeks to get back to me but with OVO using their online service things are acted on immediately. Soon they will have an app which I think is important. This is the way a good energy service should run. Thank you.
