Had an online chat with Jess to examine the benefits of the Solar plan at OVO. I got the pricing and explanation of how it operates and was able to do my calculations based on past usage and estimated solar generation. We decided to move to the solar plan immediately. I have found OVO so seamless and easy and am so happy with the savings in my energy costs. I have just arranged my first refund of some of my credit that had built up. I did this easily via chat messages and Jess was friendly, polite and carried out my request so quickly - way easier then I expected. She engaged and was clear about when she needed me to wait while she looked at things. Happy customer here 💪🏽😃

Excellent customer service
I have found OVO energy to be well priced, responsive and accommodating to phone queries with a high level of customer service. Their website needs some work as they do not yet have a facility to track useage but I believe this is in progress.
