Product is more comfortable than a Weisler Clamp but much less effective in preventing leakage.

It sort of works for me. Even after watching the video several times I find the right adjustment elusive.

I like the Pacey cup better because while it is hard to stop the flo, it slows things down. That's important. Sometimes it stops the flow. I Believe I'll keep it.

I have had the cuff for 2 weeks and have worn it 4 times. Being 13 months out of prostate removal and having less than 10 % continence has been frustrating so I am desperate. Moderate success explains the first 3 efforts and nearly complete success explains the last one. I have called the help line 3 times ... all very helpful although a little conflicting. First, I had the settings on top and bottom off, next they were too tight, and 3rd they were a little too tight again and I was told that the settings do not need to be identical. Pinching loose skin is a problem too. I found cutting hair close by and pulling the penis out to set the cuff helps me. Then setting it so it is comfortably tight worked well for an outdoor concert that lasted 4 hours. To say the least, I was very nervous but my pad was only slightly damp. Hopefully I can repeat my success. Minor leakage was a huge win for me.

Well for me it’s taking a little time to find the right tightness without hurting one self I’ve had it for a week now and still leaking especially when doing yard work, bending, walking, stooping.
