Good for some but not for me

Although this cuff may be just what the doctor ordered for some men, it's not my cup of tea. I really should have done a bit more research to find out how it works and what benefits it provides. Then I would have realized that it wasn't going to provide the service I needed. But I did give it a go and it was comfortable and I'm sure it's a good product for some men but not me. So I'll be returning it for a refund.

They should not use UPS.

Update on my 1 star review below. UPS finally returned my product to Pacey. They contacted me and had Canada Post deliver it 2 days later. I haven't tried it yet so only 3 stars for now. BUT, I will never be able to give them 5 stars because of UPS. Original review below: ---------------------- 'I got a note saying it would be delivered on a Friday. Then an email saying the next Monday. That was 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing since and would like to cancel my order'.

Caring customer service makes all the difference. I appreciated personal contact and responsiveness to all of my inquiries and concerns. When the first cuff didn't fit a new one was sent and finally when the next one also did not work for me, a refund of the original purchase was prompt. Thank you.

Maybe I just need more practise.

I find the cuff difficult to use. Every time I have to reset the cuff after going to the bathroom, I find it difficult to get it right. Hopefully more practice will help.
