Replaced a cuff that was too large
Easy to use the website
The website was easy to navigate. It was easy to order the product online. I love the fact that it is a Canadian product. There was a problem with delivery of the product. The delivery provider had lost the package. I contacted a Pacey Cuff rep and a replacement was on its was in no time. Very good customer service.

I ordered a large cuff and extra sleeves, when the order arrive the extra sleeves were the incorrect, size 1 instead of 3. I called the office identifying the issue and was promised the correct sleeves would be shipped “snail mail”. I had no issue with that but the #3 sleeves have not been received . Please advise. Thank you. Note I will return the size 1 sleeves as soon as the correct sleeves are in hand.
Very good initial contact with info
Very good initial contact with info. from representative. Was impressed on product, ordered pretty much things required, plus additional power sleeves. Only problem is all products are just too expensive for my fixed income, Can only use @ certain times. But Thank You

I had a quick response to my initial inquiries about their product, as well as during the adjustment period. Unfortunately the product did not meet my needs and was returned, with a refund of my payment. A satisfactory experience!
The service I received was wonderful
The service I received was wonderful, and really made me know that I made the right decision to purchase my pacey cuff.
Some good; some not so good
The Pacey Cuff is an ingenious device with much promise. It’s profile is more compact than the penile clamps, and I’ve read bikers prefer it for this reason. If it was the only anti-incontinence device on the market I would keep using it while trying to find a solution to the inevitable pinching that occurs. Either the cuff moves a titch, or the power sleeve (thin neoprene wrap placed under the cuff) isn’t sufficiently protective, or I’m not placing it accurately, or something else? Since the penile clamps are comfortable enough, I am able to fiddle with a solution to the pinching issue using different materials in place of or in addition to the power sleeve. If a solution is found the Pacey will gladly be worn daily.
keeps slipping off,
keeps slipping off, cannot tighten enough to keep on without discomfort

The product has given me a new lease on life. I've been battling the side effects from radiation treatments and the many medications prescribed to fight the persistent prostate cancer I can't seem to get rid of although I had a radical prostatectomy 8 years ago. I can wear the Pacey Cuff all day without worrying about leakage. Now I can go anywhere and start enjoying my retirement that I had envisioned! I have one recommendation - I think the Power Sleeve should be a bit heavier so that it provides a much more solid surface to cinch up the Pacey Cuff to and prevent the occasional pinching that can occur.
