Initially I thought I had ordered a medium, but inadvertently I guess I tabbed the wrong selection. So I called .... And the sales rep was quickly able to resolve the issue.. I sent the original purchase back in the original packaging along with a new shipping label. And I quickly received the correct size in just a few days.. very happy with the product... Product works great for me. Gives me confidence when I have to go out and not have any problems.

Order was processed and received as scheduled. However, there was a hacking of either your company or myself. The day after I placed the order I received a suspicious email (dated December 31, 1969) pretending to be Canada Post advising that my order was at the Distribution Centre because of a missing address and requesting that I start a chat with them to arrange for delivery. I did not make contact, ignored them, but I did call your office to advise.

Pacey Cuff helped me a lot when I'm walking or any other outdoor activity. But for sleeping and siting it's not comfortable. I would recommend the Pacey Cuff.

I still haven't received the product that was supposed to be delivered some time ago. Also was not happy with the design and duration of the cuff and sleeve I originally ordered from you. Why would the velcro become detatched from the sleeve after moderate use? The sleeve should be wider and the velcro patch should be longer to provide more tolerance and versatility. You should be able to pull the sleeve tighter without running out of the catching foundation of the velcro. You kind of missed the boat.

Hasn’t completely kept me dry it does help.
