The cuff works great and is comfortable compared to other devices. I am getting more of my life back after prostate cancer.

Although the Paceycuff helps somewhat…

Although the Paceycuff helps somewhat it is not all that effective for me. Normal walking or sitting around the house is okay but when I do my excercises and my 4 to 5 mile walk I flow very freely. .matter of fact I can urinate with the cuff on.

The cuff does not work for me

The cuff does not work for me. I have significant leakage each and every time I use it so it fails for me in in the area of most need. I also find it time consuming and awkward to put on. So the cuff was very disappointing and also very expensive. If it worked I would have kept using it. The cuff was comfortable once I got it on but comfort is not helpful because of the reasons described above, primarily the leakage. I have used another clamp that was effective in preventing leakage and easy to put on but was uncomfortable. Since I need a clamp to combat leakage I will keep trying.

Does not stop my leaking at all

Does not stop my leaking at all. Went back to my Cunningham clamp. It was comfortable, but the need to control the leaking while working was most important. After a very caring email, and watching the videos, I’ve decided to give it another try …… on my days off. They really do care about their product and the users. Stay tuned.

Learning curve

Is good sometimes. I’m still doing adjustments. Slowly getting it right. I’m sure I will figure out the proper procedure. Will more than likely buy an other unit.

I have been using the Pacey Cuff now for several years and have been impressed with the improvements made to the device. I find the device is comfortable, easy to use and effective as well as durable. It has allowed me to again enjoy fitness activities and golf with confidence. I can highly recommend it and you can expect superior follow-up and prompt service with your purchase.

It takes time to find the proper way

It takes time to find the proper way to adjust a Paceycuff so you don't feel like there is a clamp hanging off your member while it's on. I spent several days adjusting both tension and location for the most comfortable fit and after 6 hours of wearing one, I'm dying for the thing to come off. I amended some pants pockets that I placed a small catheter bag in. I then attach an exterior catheter to it and I'm good for the day, I just have some logistics to deal with when I have to go to the bathroom. I use the Paceycuff when I come home from work. One thing to keep in mind with the Paceycuff is that urine will come out as soon as the pressure is released, be prepared. One more note: I would not use the Paceycuff without a pad when leaving the house. Doing so is asking for trouble.
