I'm still working on comfortable adjustment without leakage and effective tightness without pinching. It's a fine line of adjustment and balnce, but when it works well for me, it is helpful!

Fit was poor and the material was uncomfortable. Held almost no liquid even using two pads and filled the pouch. Was hoping for better protection for the price!

This is my second cuff. The first one worked but was to large and kept slipping off. The help I got from customer service was great and after we tried a couple of things they sent me the medium and it has worked great. It takes a little getting used to but is working great and gives me the confidence to leave home without wondering if I will return wet.

For Me, the product just didn't work. It was difficult to apply, and once on just did NOT reduce the amount of leakage. Then when it was time to remove, it just did Not want to release. Once i did manage to remove it, I found it would not reinstall. Kinda pricey for a one time use that didn't work for me.

Proper size, adjustment, and position are all critical to the function of this product. If any one of these characteristics are wrong, it won’t work as it should. If your measurements are borderline, by all means order the larger size. If all of the above factors are correct, you will be very happy with the Pacey Ultra Cuff. It is much more comfortable than the Cunningham clamp, and is far better for an active lifestyle.

We ordered the wrong size at first. We got the right size and it works great. Very comfortable

The cuff itself works well, but I feel the Power Sleeve should’ve wider. I am using two so as to get a wider coverage. When I used only one the cuff would pinch, with two that doesn’t happen. The cuff is easy to use, easy to put on and loosen to pee. It stops my leaking with no major discomfort. I have only been using it a little more than a week and am still figuring out how long I can keep it on. So far I have used it when I leave home, and maybe leave it in a while longer after returning. I am still afraid of leaving it on all day or extended periods of time. You should ask new users to opine after, say, three months of purchasing, not immediately after. This would allow users to opine after having a minimum of usage experience. Bottom line, so far so good. The Pacey Cuff is definitely better than a diaper or a pad. In my case time will tell.

After getting the smaller size, it works fine. Big help in controlling my issues
